FFishvibesThe hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

XXingcanpeiganThe hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Takamatsu, through the shopping street. There's a bus stop nearby, and the hotel has a cozy decor. The self-service breakfast is a great way to save some money.

AAnonymous UserWe have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future. The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture. If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok.

EEWongscapeHotel location is good where closed to the Takamatsu Port (9 min / 2.3km). If you are doing road trip, this hotel has the self owned car park, though the cost is a bit high - 1,500 Yen per night. During my visit, the Central Park was under construction, however, the view is still fine. Hot spring as the same across the brand Dormny Inn, very clean, spring water, well management.

__WeChat50062****I booked an accessible room, and it was genuinely spacious. It's really comfortable to stay in a 35 sqm room in Japan. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, but it cleared up after I turned on the air purifier. Downside: The soundproofing isn't great. Upside: Everything else is a plus. The location is excellent. There's an airport shuttle right downstairs, which costs 1000 yen and goes directly to the airport. There are frequent services, almost hourly. Location: Whether you're going to the airport, Takamatsu Port for island hopping, or the JR station, everything is within walking distance. It's a 12-minute walk to Takamatsu Port, which was perfect for our island-hopping itinerary. Mitsukoshi department store is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it has an LV store with plenty of stock. There are also many choices for drugstores, restaurants, and cafes. The room was cleaned daily. One time, I forgot to hang the 'please clean' sign and thought it wouldn't be done, but when I returned to the room, it felt completely refreshed, which was a lovely surprise. I forgot to take photos of the room, so I've included a picture of the beautiful blue sea and sky instead.

GGuest UserVery convenient location immediately next to the station and castle park, and useful amenities including laundromat. The public bath on the 9th floor was lovely after a long journey. Comfortable rooms and very efficient service. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe facilities and location are good, but it is not a standard full-service hotel. It is a bit between a B&B and a hotel. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. If you want to cook something yourself, you can, but there is no service. There is only one service staff at the front desk downstairs, and he is not there 24 hours a day. He has a certain working hours. Outside of that working hours, there is no one downstairs, and you basically have to do everything yourself. We don't have a phone number in Japan, so calling a taxi is a bit tricky. They are friendly here, unlike regular hotels: helping customers call a taxi is their job. If you meet a staff member, you can ask him to help call a taxi, but if you meet him, there is nothing you can do. It is a little closer to go shopping in the city center from here, but it is not within walking distance. If you come with a family or a large number of people, it will be advantageous to live here. Three or four people can live in one room and the space is slightly larger. However, if I come next time, I will still choose to stay in another full-service hotel. The service is still complete in all aspects, much more comfortable, and convenient to the airport

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, JR Takamatsu Station, Kotoden Takamatsu Chikko, and Takamatsu Port are all very close. I didn't see the legendary boss, the key was directly left at the front desk, and the room number was written on it. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high, unless you stay in room 31, next to the bathroom, it is very lively at night, and there will be people chatting in the public lounge next to you at 2 am
