FFishvibesThe hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

WWenWen Hovery happy stay! staff very helpful we are very appreciate, just the staff only can speaks little english, we use the apps translator so still very smooth. from airport to hotel, you can take the limousine bus, ticket buy ar the machine, bus stop just right outside at No.2 platform, has airport staff might guide you, travel time about 20-25 minutes can get there, the stop just right at the hotel, the market street just behind the hotel, Takamatsu shops testaurant closed quite early, most of that closed about 8, just some abit late.. if you want to find dinner restauant must go earlier. many Izakaya (居酒屋) around the hotel but they needs to book reservation, walk in almost full!! Car park is ¥1400 per night, outside car parks is more cheaper but inside the hotel that convenient if you bought some stuff 😆 but only few inside, no advance resersations, its first come first served every night, so u have to go early to get the parking

IIceyliEven though it was a mixed dorm, everyone was really quiet, so my sleep wasn't affected at all. The toilets and showers were never crowded as people used them at different times. The location is excellent; there are several shopping streets nearby, Ritsurin Garden is only about a 10-minute walk, and Takamatsu Port is roughly 20 minutes on foot. On my last day, I found some delicious gelato nearby! 😋

AAnonymous UserWe have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future. The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture. If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok.

EEWongscapeHotel location is good where closed to the Takamatsu Port (9 min / 2.3km). If you are doing road trip, this hotel has the self owned car park, though the cost is a bit high - 1,500 Yen per night. During my visit, the Central Park was under construction, however, the view is still fine. Hot spring as the same across the brand Dormny Inn, very clean, spring water, well management.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent - just a short 5-minute walk to the main shopping area, with plenty of dining options nearby. It made exploring the neighbourhood incredibly convenient. The room itself is small but it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Despite the compact size, the room was comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor onsens, though they are not large, they create a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. I also had free Japanese noodles and ice creams at night times. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

DDaily happyDuring my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that also serves as a wedding venue — and from the moment I arrived, the level of service was simply impeccable. The staff were not only gracious and professional, but also went out of their way to assist me at every turn, despite my lack of Japanese language skills. Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression and made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Though the room was compact, it was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged. As a solo traveler, I found the space more than sufficient — cozy, comfortable, and a fantastic value for the price. It truly struck the perfect balance between affordability and quality. A special mention goes to the amenities: the hotel provides a well-stocked amenity station at the reception, where guests can freely pick up whatever they need — a detail that reflects the hotel’s attention to guest convenience. While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. With its blend of elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, it became a peaceful and comfortable base for my journey — one I would gladly return to and wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers.

WWeidaHotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a twin room for two people. There were only two beds in the room and the toilet and shower were shared, but it was relatively clean. The sounds of trains passing by and sounds from the next room could be heard quite easily.

AAnonymous UserIt is at a very convenient location near Takamatsu Port, JR station and Kotoden station, so it is a good starting point for attractions around Kagawa prefecture. There are restaurants nearby but supermarkets are somehow a bit far away. Independent socket, lighting and curtains are available to provide privacy for dorm bed users. Temperature in the dorm room was ok but the toilet was a bit cold in early morning.
