🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote. 🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking. 🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.

The staff were pleasant and I wanted a hotel which was very close to the hypo center and you don't get any closer than this it is literally about 50 yards from the museum and maybe 150 yards from the ground zero. The room itself was very basic it had what you would need but no more there is a shop on site which said it was going to close at 9:30 however when I went downstairs at 8.10 it was already shot so I had to go for a walk in order to buy what I needed which I was not expecting as it was pouring down with Rain. I would recommend this to solo Travelers who are younger but just make sure you arrive with drinks and food.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and always helpful, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a rich choice of food to suit different tastes. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop and Family Mart just outside the hotel, which made getting around and picking up daily necessities very easy. I especially appreciated the onsen facilities, which were clean, relaxing, and a highlight of my stay.

Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!

Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was excellent and the front desk receptionists were kind and welcoming. The coin laundry room has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers (as of Sept 2025; do note that the coin laundry room feels like a free sauna when at least 4 machines are running), the wifi for guests worked consistently, and the smoke-free policy meant that no areas smelled of smoke. The air conditioning for the rooms was sufficiently cool, the lighting control and mini alarm clock by the bed worked well, and overall the room felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. Because the single room has a relatively narrow entrance walkway, try to avoid bringing multiple pieces of large luggage as there may not be space to open them at the same time. I greatly enjoyed my stay here (especially it being my first solo trip), and would book it again if returning to Nagasaki in the future.

The hotel is within walking distance to JR station and a big shopping mall. Even though the room is quite old but the advantage is that it’s big and they have set up the extra bed for my son and we still have a lot of space to put our 3 luggage and open them fully.

This is the largest hotel I've stayed at in Japan, even bigger than ones costing 1300 yen. If you're coming to Japan, you absolutely must stay at this hotel in Nagasaki. The location is excellent, right in Chinatown, and there are buses going everywhere. It's just a one-minute walk if you turn right out of the hotel. I hadn't booked a hotel and wanted to challenge myself and test Trip.com. When I asked at the hotel, it was 330 RMB per night. I had seen it online for 180 RMB, and by the time I checked out, it was a little over 230 RMB, which is still much cheaper than booking directly. Trip.com is reliable. I've always stuck with Trip.com. Because the hotel was so good, I decided to stay an extra day in Nagasaki. On the second day, a Saturday, the price went up to 280 RMB. I'm not sure what the price would have been if I'd booked it the day before, so I can't say. Also, to get to Spectacles Bridge, you just walk right out of the hotel for about six minutes.

The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV. The beds are comfortable, and some room types offer ample space, ensuring families don't feel cramped. The 24-hour front desk staff are communicative and provide warm service, promptly addressing guest inquiries such as parking directions and transportation advice for sightseeing. In terms of hotel facilities, a laundry room, free WiFi, and self-check-in options are available, catering well to both business travelers and independent tourists. While some guests have noted the breakfast price of 2000 JPY to be a bit high, the extensive selection, including Nagasaki specialties, means its value for money can be subjective. It's worth noting that parking is available in a mechanical car park for a fee. While there are numerous restaurants on the ground floor beneath the hotel, especially at night, the soundproofing is decent and generally doesn't disturb sleep. Overall, the hotel stands out for its convenient transportation, clean environment, and practical facilities. It's ideal for travelers prioritizing efficiency and value for money, comfortably meeting the basic needs of both business and leisure guests.

The hotel is located between 2 tram stations. It’s also not far from You Me department store. The price is good for twin bed room with non-smoking. The wall is quite soundproof so barely hear noises from nearby rooms. The bathtub is fairly big comparing to other business hotels. The staffs are quite helpful and we do appreciated.

The air conditioning could not be adjusted and the greenhouse was a bit hot. But the view outside the window and the service of the hotel staff are really good
