This hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life. Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms. Overall a great experience and stay.

It was very beautiful and comfortable. I didn't care about the sound around me at all. It is far from Ueda station, but it is a recommended hotel for car travel.

The staff were polite. It was enough to stay, so there was nothing to worry about. I am satisfied because the bath and toilet were clean and I had a minimum life. It is satisfied that it is possible to finish meals without inconvenience because it is in front of the station.

I stayed here while touring a winery. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk and in the dining area for your wonderful hospitality!! Even when we were slow and sluggish, you didn't rush us and we had a comfortable stay right up until check-out. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

The manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination. The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.

The room was large as a single, and the stretch space was sufficient and comfortable.

A traditional Japanese-style hotel for some years, the facilities have traces of years, but the care is still relatively clean.
