An exceptionally pleasant stay. This hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Ofuna Station, surrounded by numerous excellent dining options, including Jiro-style ramen, BBQ, and fast food, many of which are open late into the night. It's also easy to catch the monorail or train to Enoshima from here. The hotel's service was outstanding, truly among the best I've experienced at Japanese hotels. Breakfast is served until 9:30 AM, which is later than any other Japanese hotel I've stayed at. Plus, their queen rooms feature a very comfortable 1.6-meter large double bed.

The room was clean. The large TV with YouTube was great for the kids. The location was convenient, close to Kamakura Station and easy to explore. There were also many good restaurants within walking distance for dinner. I was a little confused about the check-in process, but I was able to contact them quickly and they explained everything. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hostel is very clean, the check in and check out is also very easy. Meanwhile, it's location is pretty much the greatest point easily access to kamakura station and restaurants in the area. However, luggage storage is confusing since there is no clear direction. I left very early in the morning and since there is no staff, I dropped my key as a check out process, and simply hid my luggage in the hostel. But would definitely recommend the place.

Absolutely great experience. Villa is very comfortable. The host provided everything: towels, toiletries, washing liquid - end everything is top quality! Also kitchen is well equipped and there was a supply of tea and coffee, cooking oil, seasoning. Plus there you can find everything for beach holiday - umbrella, backpacks. In a wrod everything you need is forseen and provided, and the everything is high end quality. Plus he sent us a guid on local attractions, food and places of interest. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay there again.

It is located in small road and by 4pm you cannot drive on that road so best to check in 3pm. The hotel has parking lots chargeable 1,900 yen per entry till next day 1pm. I didnt use the car once parked and mostly walk around komachi street it is like 8 mins walk. So i am unsure if it allows multiple entries of the car park. Check in smooth, 3pm dropped off bags in room. Went exploring. It has coffee machine to use and public onsen. Similar to onyado but this does not have the ice creams or ramen. But as after heavy walking day, dipping in hot pool and relax is awesome. I stayed in double bunk bed and space was huge. Had a bath tub in shower and separate toilet bowl to allow diff ppl using for diff purpose for getting ready. That day early june typhoon was incoming so it was a rainy day. Was able to borrow an umbrella as car parking lot is about 5 mins walk. Also coffee machine is free to use, grab a coffee before leaving dor the day exploring Kamakura. Overall, really nice place to stay and near the station for those not driving.

This was the most pleasant stay in Kamakura we had! Glad to have an opportunity to write a review. I went to Japan in beginning of November with my younger brother, the weather was warm. We were intended to stay in Kamakura for 2 days (1 day in beginning and 1 day in the end of our trip). A hotel near both to Enoshima and Kotoku-in. The service was incredible. The room was neat and tidy with AC, TV, balcony and matcha tea set, also we could see a sea from the balcony. Hotel has spacious bathroom with mini onsen. The hostess of the hotel was very polite to us. One time we were late to check in, so we called from reception, and she began to apologize politely and walked down from the top floor to give us the keys to our room. We felt a bit awkward) Then she gave us 2 towels for free, when they cost 200 yen, it was nice bonus. Btw every time we checked out, a hostess was giving to us postcards =) We had lots of positive emotions. So, I highly recommend this place to stay in Kamakura.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and I really enjoyed the comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I was surprised that the owner spoke Korean so well, and it was great to be able to converse with them. They kindly recommended restaurants near the hotel, and you can even drink and hang out with them at night. It seems they really love Korean music! If I ever come to Kamakura again, I'd love to stay here.

The self-check-in process is truly terrible; everyone complains about it, but they refuse to improve. They could provide clearer instructions and passwords via email. If there's a language barrier, they could establish immediate text communication. The email could also inform guests in advance about communication tools they might need to download, like Facebook. There are many solutions, but they just don't care. It really shames the Japanese reputation for meticulousness and continuous improvement. On the positive side: the location is excellent, and the interior is very clean. On the negative side: the ventilation is extremely poor, and the air quality in the room is bad.

It's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby. But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient. In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥
