"The hotel's front desk staff had a good service attitude, and it's very close to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. However, during my stay, the air conditioning was under maintenance. Every time I manually turned on the heat, it would automatically shut off after about a minute, requiring me to manually restart it again. This led to me waking up cold in the morning. 😢"

"This hotel was a very positive surprise while I was a bit skeptical as technically it’s also a love hotel, but it doesn’t even feel that way which was good. Super clean, lots of amenities and small details in the room to make the stay more comfortable, even a free hair clip and a massive TV. Location was right next to the tram stop, one evening we also walked to the main station which took maybe 20-25 min. The breakfast choices were plenty, the french toast was super tasty! Thank you to the attentive and kind staff!"

"I've been to Japan over 20 times, and this is my first stay at a Smile series hotel – I'm really impressed! The room was genuinely spacious and comfortable for Japanese standards. The lobby is on the second floor and has a very charming and well-designed layout. The staff were also super friendly. I highly recommend it! Okayama is also a quiet and charming city."

"I used it because I had business in Okayama. The hotel itself is a little old, perhaps? But there was no problem staying there at all. The dinner and breakfast set was very cheap. I only had breakfast, but the buffet was more than enough. It's a little far from the station, but if you take the tram it's right near the stop. There is supposed to be a large public bath, but it's currently out of service. It would be nice if it reopens."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station and surrounded by malls. Takashimaya and Aeon's large supermarket are nearby, with department stores on the upper floors of the supermarket. The 6th and 7th floors are full of restaurants, well worth exploring for a meal. The station itself also has a huge food hall, and on the B level, there are several large drugstores, making shopping very convenient. There's also a Lawson convenience store near the hotel, which is super handy. The hotel environment is quite good, generally quiet and tidy. There's even a large public bath on the top floor; after a tiring day of shopping, a soak there can really relieve fatigue, and there are self-service massage chairs next to it. The front desk staff were very friendly, warm, and polite. They even kindly helped us call a taxi to the airport, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"Compared to Tokyo accommodations, this hotel with breakfast is truly excellent value for money. It's very close to Okayama Station, and Canal Park is right next to the hotel. We originally planned for two nights but extended our stay by an extra day. The cherry blossoms along the canal were in full bloom, and we took beautiful photos for two days straight. We bought a bus + cruise day pass at Okayama Station to explore Shodoshima Island and take pictures."

"This was my first time in Okayama, and I chose this hotel. They offer free breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is a buffet with both Western and Japanese options, so you can choose what you like. For dinner, there are two choices: a rotating daily set meal or a fixed curry rice dish. The public bath is a bit small, but it's fine for about four or five people. The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from Okayama Station. There's a Don Quijote along the way, and plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so there are lots of dining options. Convenience stores are also very close. The room I stayed in this time was quite spacious, even with my luggage open, there was still plenty of room. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Okayama. The only thing to be aware of is that there are about five or six steps right after you enter, which can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. Otherwise, everything else was excellent."

"For cars that didn't fit in the hotel parking lot, there was a parking lot next door. There was a shopping mall across the street, which was very convenient (*´∀｀*) The room was clean and comfortable, but the fact that the bed sheets weren't zippered was a bit of a concern since I was staying for several nights. The amenities were excellent and very helpful. I was able to use various shampoos and conditioners, and I felt like I was able to recover from the fatigue of my business trip. "Best location with excellent restaurants and bars all around. lawson just is across the street. Hotel has a tax free pharmacy/combi store attached. elevator parking is round the corner. Size of room is good, there are 2 pillows for each guest. one is a regular pillow and the other is a buckwheat hard one."
