"A truly satisfying hotel in Shirahama! All facilities and the main building are accessible, and the hot springs and foot bath are excellent. The room wasn't small, and even though it was facing the road, it was incredibly quiet at night. The sea breeze was so pleasant! Shirahama is a lot of fun, and I'll definitely stay at Key 1 again next time! The location is super convenient; it's easy to walk to everything nearby. I even walked to the local beer factory for a refreshing pint – fantastic!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Shiraraso Grand Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shirahama. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. When my family arrived for check-in, our names were already prepared in their system, and the entire process was completed quickly and smoothly. It was a great first impression. What impressed me the most happened after we went to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, it started raining, and when we returned to the hotel, we were still standing outside near the entrance. To my surprise, one of the reception staff came out and brought us towels to dry ourselves. This thoughtful gesture was completely unexpected and made us feel genuinely cared for. The front desk team is truly attentive and considerate. The room was very clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. Waking up and looking out at the beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our stay. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service, location, and overall experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent staff, clean rooms, beautiful views, and great value for money. "The Japanese-style tatami room was very clean, but when I first entered, there was a strong grassy smell. The service was excellent; every staff member was very attentive. There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who was very lovely and patient. She took every matter seriously and meticulously solved every problem. Having her there made us feel much more at ease. My favorite spot was the tea and relaxation bar on the second floor of the hotel. Whenever I wanted coffee, I could go downstairs and have it freshly ground, which was fantastic. The hot spring was also great and very clean. The cleaning staff, an adorable white-haired grandma, even played with claw machines! It's highly recommended. The bus stops right at the entrance, which is very convenient."

"The hotel environment is clean and beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is abundant. We chose a Japanese-style (tatami) room, which was spacious and tidy. There's a large public onsen on the top floor, and private onsen baths are also available for reservation (3500 JPY per session). The swimming pool wasn't open, so we missed out on that. The location is very convenient, right next to Shirahama Beach. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up the steep slope back to the hotel every day was a bit of a challenge for our cardio and stamina, but we just considered it a workout, which was fine. If we come to Shirahama again, we'll definitely choose this place."

"Really loved it! The hot springs were so relaxing, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. The view from the window was lovely. On the second floor, there are lots of entertainment options, including massage chairs and a wide selection of manga to read. Just a heads-up: the hot spring pools switch between day and night, so make sure you don't go to the wrong one!"

"I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely loved this hotel! Transportation is great; a bus ride from Shirahama Station to Shin-Yuzaki Station takes about 20 minutes. Although the hotel is on a small hill, it's only a two-minute walk, no effort at all. Across the street are the popular Seamore and Key Noodles restaurants, and Sakinoyu is just a short walk away. Because it's built on a hill, the sea view is absolutely stunning! I could see the beautiful Pacific Ocean from my bed every day. The room was also very spacious; for this price, the room with such a large ocean view is incredibly good value. The hotel itself has an onsen (hot spring bath) and provides complimentary yukata (light cotton robe), so I could enjoy a relaxing soak every night before bed. The room service also thoughtfully provided local specialty snacks daily. It was truly the most satisfying hotel of my Shirahama trip!"

"I rented this hot spring hotel in Baibin this time. I personally feel that it is very worthwhile. The room is clean, there is a separate bathroom and a private style. When I checked in, the staff proposed to drink at the lounge. The small gift and the toiletries were the same. We immediately sighed and sighed.
