"I stayed here because I had a concert at Marine Messe, even though I live in the prefecture. The location is close, but it's a bit of a 20-minute walk... It was cold in winter, so I'm not sure if I could walk it at all. I don't think I'd be able to walk that far in summer^^; But they were happy to store my luggage after check-in and check-out, and on the morning of my check-out, I wasn't feeling well and asked to extend my stay by about an hour for a fee, but they gave me a 30-minute extension as a service, which I was very grateful for."

"This is an excellent hotel. It's very conveniently located with several convenience stores nearby. The hotel is clean and the food is delicious. The service is very friendly. We all loved it and would choose to stay here again."

"I stay for 4 nite, it’s really incredibly convenient to go everywhere. I stop at Kushida Shrine Station (exit 3) and it’s only two minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s a three-minute walk to Kushida Shrine and Kawabata. You can also walk to the Tenjin area in about 10-15 minutes and there are many restaurants around. I tried breakfast at the hotel and it was really nice and the food was of good quality. Only have 3 menu ( 2 Japanese & 1 western) price ¥1380 not bad for complete menu with coffee & juice. Love it. For sure I will return when am go to Fukuoka"

"This hotel was the start and end of our Fukuoka trip with a road trip out and other Ryokan stays in between. Im glad I found this hotel as room vibe and feel is very important to me. The mattress and pillows were good and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start to my first breakfast in FUK. I loved it so much. The only thing is the room size. My tip is to slide your largest luggage to the gap next to window, prop up on the luggage stand for more space. Overall 100% recommend."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's close to the subway, right in front of Canal City, and Hakata Station is just a 10-minute walk away. The large public bath on the top floor is open until 1 AM, and there's a sauna, which completely melts away the day's fatigue. But the best part, by far, is the breakfast. The sushi, ramen, Janchi-guksu (banquet noodles), and bread are incredibly delicious! The breakfast was better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! If I visit Fukuoka again, I will definitely come back to the Gion branch! I was infinitely impressed by the friendly service!"

"This hotel is about a 3-4 minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. If you have luggage, take exit 4 for elevator access. The room wasn't huge, but the facilities felt new, possibly due to a recent renovation. There's a public bath on the top floor which, while not very big, was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the original Ichiran Ramen, the Anpanman Children's Museum, a 24-hour Don Quijote, and convenience stores, making it very accessible for everything you might need."

"I had a good stay at The OneFive Marine Fukuoka. The hotel is well located, with easy access to transportation and nearby areas. The room is small, but very clean and well organized, so it remains functional and comfortable for a short stay. The mattress is a bit firm, which may not suit everyone, but overall the room is quiet and practical. A solid option if you’re looking for a clean, efficient hotel in Fukuoka, especially for a solo trip."

"I booked this hotel because I was drawn in by the breakfast. It's super convenient – just 4 subway stops from the airport, and you can walk directly into Don Quijote from exit 4, which even has an escalator. As the hotel name suggests, the breakfast truly aims to fill you up. You can customize your sashimi bowl to your liking, and there's a good variety of options. You can also order a raw egg over rice; it was a unique experience trying it with the egg white and yolk separated for the first time. The room is also quite spacious; I'd say you could easily open two large suitcases. On the first floor, you can pick different shampoos to try, which is perfect for indecisive people. The only thing I was unhappy with was that we put up the cleaning sign, but the room wasn't cleaned. Also, the shaved ice was unavailable for some reason."

"I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. It was a great location for family staying. Despite a bit distance from the main tourists' places like Tenjin or Seaside, you can get there by walk taking 5~10 min, not that far. Even better, The river Naka is just next to the hotel, which is a beautiful night scenary. The room was spacious compared to the room size in regular Japanese hotels. All the staffs were kind and friendly. Many local shops and restaurants were lacated on just around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again when I visit Fukuoka back."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Reference Hakata Reisen. The location is excellent and very convenient, with Gion Station just a short walk away. Hakata Station is also within walking distance (around 10-15 mins)making it easy to explore the city and travel around. The hotel was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Fukuoka!"
