"This is a great hotel! While it's not in the city center, the free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station makes it quite convenient, with the ride taking less than half an hour each way. The hotel offers fantastic views. It's located right by the sea, and there are many delicious restaurants along the waterfront. Going out in the evening for a stroll along the beach, enjoying the sea breeze, and having a bowl of soup curry is incredibly relaxing!"

"I asked for a room with one bed, but there were actually two, which surprised me! I returned to the front desk with my heavy luggage and when I checked, they said, ”The room has been changed.” They should have told me in advance and gotten my approval. I had no choice but to register the 100 yen tax fee at the designated machine. The machine asked me if I wanted to pay by credit card or cash, so I pressed the cash button. However, there was no reaction. I wondered if I could just insert the money without having to press it, and when I did, it came back. In conclusion, credit card is the only option!"

"This hotel is a hidden gem! I'm extremely satisfied, it's a fantastic hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, even by domestic standards. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the shower and washroom are roomy, and there's a separate toilet. The price is incredibly cheap, offering amazing value for money. The hotel lobby and the path from the rooms to the elevators feel like a luxurious five-star standard. It's spotlessly clean, and the service attitude was excellent. There's a shopping mall right across the street, making dining very convenient. It's also super close to the ferry terminal for Ehime, making it a great place to stay. Getting to shopping areas like Shinsaibashi is also easy, as the subway isn't far. I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Osaka!"

"Facilities: Well-equipped and neatly arranged. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, with few people walking around and very little traffic. "I stayed here for one night before the Expo. The price was reasonable, and it's just two stops before Yumeshima Station, so even though I left at 6:30, I was able to arrive at Yumeshima by 7am, which was very convenient. "The location of the hotel is very close to the train station (Osakako station) , just a few minutes' walk and you can also walk to Kaiyukan (The Aquarium), Tempozan marketplace. "I stayed here to participate in an event at Intex Osaka. I think it's better to think of this hotel as a training facility or simple accommodation rather than a general hotel. About check-in There is a long wait time for late night check-ins because only one staff member is handling them. I had sent my luggage to the hotel in advance, but the staff did not inform me at check-in, so after going to my room, I had to go back to the front desk to check. After waiting in line for quite a while, I asked about my luggage and was told that it had not arrived, which was a bit of a problem, but they eventually found it. Since I had told them that I would be sending my luggage when I made the reservation, I wish they had handled it a little more smoothly. However, considering the low price and the fact that only one staff member was handling the situation, I thought that it was somewhat unavoidable. About the large public bath I stayed here because I was attracted by the fact that there was a large public bath, but the changing room was small and it was very noisy because it was often used by students staying at the hotel. There were four hairdryers installed at the sink, but one was broken and a student had been using it for a long time (about 20-30 minutes because it was in use the whole time I was taking a bath?), so it took a while for me to get a turn. Also, the open-air bath was very lukewarm, probably because it was after 11:00 p.m., and it was difficult to get in due to the cold wave. The indoor baths were at a comfortable temperature, but both were only large enough for 5-6 people, so it was difficult to stretch your legs when it was crowded. Since it was a circulating bath rather than a hot spring, I washed my body again after bathing. About the rooms I forgot to take a photo of the room, but it was relatively new, and although it was small, it seemed clean. The unit bath was spacious and comfortable, but if two people stayed in a double bed room, the passage was so narrow that it was difficult for one person to go to the toilet if the other person was using the desk. Overall review I mentioned some harsh points, but as I mentioned at the beginning, for this location and service at this price, it is well worth it. I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity."

"This place was a great hotel to stay at. It was right by the metro station and down the street from the aquarium and the ferris wheel. The staff were always so kind. They let me do a late checkout. The breakfast came with the stay but it was a light breakfast. I wish they had more to offer for breakfast. The bed was just OK but everything else was lovely in the room."
