"I’m here for the expo and this hotel is extremely close to the expo and it’s very new. Maybe food options at nights are limited but they provide a microwave inside the room. I booked the Designer corner room and the design is very special and unique. It’s very spacious and the lighting was okay not too dark. I love the design of the shower and bathroom. It’s very clean and having a good view during your shower time. And the toilet is separated from the shower, which is a plus. I love the bed and it’s very comfortable. Blanket is comfortable and the room temperature is very flexible (which I need it to be as cold as possible and it provided that to me ) The only point I will deduct from the sanitary part is that I’ve got bitten a few times from unknown bug. It looks like a mosquito bite, but it’s so itchy for the rest of the night. I stayed for four nights and it happened twice so that is something you can keep in mind if you are very allergic to rug (the rug is a little bit stain) and is sensitive to bugs."

"I asked for a room with one bed, but there were actually two, which surprised me! I returned to the front desk with my heavy luggage and when I checked, they said, ”The room has been changed.” They should have told me in advance and gotten my approval. I had no choice but to register the 100 yen tax fee at the designated machine. The machine asked me if I wanted to pay by credit card or cash, so I pressed the cash button. However, there was no reaction. I wondered if I could just insert the money without having to press it, and when I did, it came back. In conclusion, credit card is the only option!"

The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! "The environment is excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. The window offers a great view, the room is spacious, and the ceiling height is good. I looked forward to coming back to the hotel every day. I visited Universal Studios for two consecutive days. The hotel is right by the JR station, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area."

"I stayed here for one night before the Expo. The price was reasonable, and it's just two stops before Yumeshima Station, so even though I left at 6:30, I was able to arrive at Yumeshima by 7am, which was very convenient. As other reviewers have mentioned, I remember that the stairs up to the hotel entrance were quite steep and I was a little out of breath."

"The hotel room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. Self-collection of all the toiletries/dental/grooming items at the hotel’s ground floor next to the check-in area. Check-in process was very smooth and took less than 10 seconds with the front desk staff being very friendly, warm, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was international and delicious. Also, it’s walking distance from Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and I came to stay the night before going to USJ and should have booked to stay the night after as well instead of going straight back to Kyoto, so would highly recommend everyone going to USJ to stay here both before and after."

"Excellent location, just two minutes away from subway station but in a quiet area away from the noise of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who helped me to book my reservation for Tiananmen Square. I booked a 4 bed female dorm - the room was fairly small but there was large lockers so the small room wasn't really an issue and it was only fully occupied on my last night. The beds are SOOOO HARD!! The mattress itself is soft but it's so thin that you feel like you're sleeping on the floor. It seems to be the same everywhere in China that I stayed but it's definitely worth mentioning. The bathroom was clean, toilet roll was provided and there was individual lights and power switches for the beds. The aircon (i think) was very noisy and it sounded like there was a constant dripping, as if someone had not closed the shower fully but seemed to be coming from the ceiling. There was no leak but just the noise. The beds move quite a lot when someone in the top bunk moves so that can wake you up if you're a light sleeper and the corridors smell of cigarette smoke. Lovely rooftop area and free laundry which is a huge bonus and very convenient. I'd definitely recommend as a base for exploring the city for a couple of days although I probably wouldn't stay again only because the beds were too hard for me."

"We chose this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios, and it's conveniently located not far from the park entrance, making coming and going very easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as Universal Studios merchandise stores. The day we arrived happened to be a Japanese holiday, so it was incredibly crowded. Check-in started at 3 PM, and we had to wait in line for a long time. The hotel is quite large and even has a Family Mart convenience store inside, which was great since we didn't book breakfast. We booked a city view room, but the front desk gave us a room on the 4th floor, so there was basically no view outside the window. For Japan, the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was convenient for accessing Universal Studios."

"Facilities: Well-equipped and neatly arranged. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, with few people walking around and very little traffic. You can see Osaka Port and the Ferris wheel, so the view is nice. Service: The staff attitude is great, and there are even Mandarin-speaking staff members. However, some staff from South and Southeast Asia were a bit difficult to communicate with."
