Outstanding
BBeckyThis hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life.
Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms.
Overall a great experience and stay.

GGeorg_HPerfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy.

GGuest UserI was very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell that is common in hotels, so I had a very comfortable stay. The linens were also very soft and comfortable. I especially liked the pajama-style sleepwear, which came in separate tops and bottoms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everyone at the front desk is kind and polite.
Breakfast is a buffet and the contents remain the same, but I think breakfast is pretty much the same everywhere.
If you get tired of it, you can purchase something at a nearby convenience store.
I come by car, but when it snows, the train is fine too. It's convenient as it's right next to the station.
I'll use it again.

It was enough to stay, so there was nothing to worry about. I am satisfied because the bath and toilet were clean and I had a minimum life.

Even when we were slow and sluggish, you didn't rush us and we had a comfortable stay right up until check-out.

GGuest UserA great hotel, friendly staff, very delicious and diverse food. I liked everything!!! For small children not very convenient in the room because of many lifts movement is dangerous, my child fell many times and I had to walk after him on the heels.

SShangxiaofeng·ditelishiA traditional Japanese-style hotel for some years, the facilities have traces of years, but the care is still relatively clean.
The hotel is very close to JR Ueda Station and it takes five minutes to walk. It should be noted that breakfast needs to go to another sister hotel for dinner, and it takes3-5 minutes to walk. Breakfast is relatively simple and tastes OK.
It is a hotel that can be used as a transit accommodation, the price is very good, will stay here next time.
