A very cost-effective hotel. It is small but very clean. It is not easy to find such an affordable hotel during Milan Fashion Week. The service staff are also very good. The location is 3 kilometers away from the train station. The room is very quiet. I have very good soundproof windows and the room has a nice aroma. The price/performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied.

The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff are fluent in English and provide attentive service. You can take bus 81 directly to and from the hotel and Milan Central Station. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk, and they even offer free coffee! There are also many small restaurants and Asian eateries nearby.

We urgently needed something printed at the last minute, and she kindly helped us get it done perfectly, really saving our day. The service is thoughtful and professional. Highly recommended! I booked late and was on a budget, so the single room was tiny – just barely enough space. **Facilities:** Compared to hotels in China, it's definitely modest. The mattress quality was pretty subpar, the shower stall was so small I couldn't even extend my elbows, and there weren't many outlets. The disposable toiletries were also a bit scarce. However, the bidet, which is standard in Europe, was actually quite practical. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was significantly better than hotels of a similar facility level back in China. It was thoroughly cleaned, and the linens were spotless. **Service:** Competent and efficient. Don't mind the stern-faced front desk staff; it doesn't affect their helpful service and clear explanations. I imagine language barriers might add some stress for them. **Location:** It's in the old town, about 2-3 blocks from the M1/M2 metro lines, a 7-10 minute walk. There's a small convenience store nearby and a Carrefour supermarket two blocks away, which is genuinely inexpensive by Shanghai standards. **Breakfast:** The bread selection was a bit limited. They had ham, salad, cheese, and coffee, but no live egg station. Those with a 'Chinese stomach' might find it a bit challenging. **Overall Impression:** The location is decent, and the deciduous tree-lined streets in the neighborhood are quite picturesque. The interior decor and layout are more traditional European. The facilities can't compare to four- or five-star hotels in China, and there's no gym. Overall, it's sufficient for a business trip or a travel stopover. The price is lower compared to other hotels in the vicinity, so there's really not much to complain about.

As good as ever, the environment needs no further explanation. Although it is 1.5 kilometers away from the subway station, it is very convenient because of the bus connection. For meals, there are several restaurants downstairs.

This hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.

This hotel was 5step from metro of duomo station. You can go to Name of Conad supermarket chains. It’s convenient for me. Clean and new room is perfect.

I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest. Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy... When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen. Note that the mini-bar is not free.
