"The room lighting was dim, and it had an old-fashioned bathtub, which would be inconvenient if traveling with elderly people. The overall facilities felt quite dated. My biggest complaint is the elevator – you have to carry your luggage up one floor just to use it. The lobby, for a three-star hotel in Rome, was decent, and they offered breakfast, plus free biscuits and coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was a bit like a butler from an old manor, and his service attitude was just okay. The best part was encountering a female front desk staff member who gave us excellent advice, allowing us to check our luggage directly to our next city."

"The location is fantastic! All the main attractions are within easy reach, and there's a bus stop on Via Veneto just a 2-minute walk away. Barberini metro station is about a 7-minute walk. The view from our window was wonderful. There's an elevator in the building, and the rooms are on the 3rd floor (not counting the ground floor). There are many restaurants right below the windows; we didn't eat there as we have other favorite spots in Rome, but reviews suggest the food is delicious, so finding a quick bite nearby, as is true everywhere in central Rome, won't be a problem. There's also a Pam supermarket near Barberini metro station. Plus, you'll find a drinking fountain on the way to Via Lombardia. As for the rooms themselves, everything was clean, and the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and cozy. The bathroom and shower cabin were also very spacious and, most importantly, clean. The round bed turned out to be very comfortable, which is often an issue for me in hotels. The pillows were incredibly comfortable too! The room had almost everything you'd need: a fridge with a mini-bar, air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, wine glasses, regular glasses, mugs, teaspoons, and plenty of outlets for charging. Regarding minor shortcomings that could be improved: there weren't enough plates or cutlery (forks and at least one knife). The room can accommodate a maximum of three guests: a double round bed and an extra bed, but there's only one chair. This was a slight issue for us as we mostly had breakfast in the room and had to take turns sitting at the table. Other minor drawbacks include the lack of a wardrobe – there's just an open niche with a hanger in the hallway and one shelf. Also, there aren't many light sources in the room, so it can be a bit dim without daylight, but that's a very minor detail, as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Additional perks: there's a coffee machine in the lobby, always tea, sugar, and corkscrews available. Umbrellas, an ironing board, and an iron are also provided. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was daily. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the minor and inconsequential drawbacks."

"The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Vatican and the Pantheon. The room is very large and there is a small living room. The whole hotel is very warm and all the decorations are very atmospheric. There are many kinds of breakfast. It is recommended that families and couples come to Rome to stay here. You will definitely be satisfied."

"The ceiling was wide and wide 々, and even three people were able to relax enough. He contacted me before the trip and the response was good. I thought the Tritonne Top House was a hotel, but the location is different depending on the type of accommodation room, so I think it's okay if you pay attention to it. It is recommended in a pretty good location, about 5 minutes walk to Plaza Spain and about 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain."

"The staff were incredibly welcoming; they even offered us welcome drinks upon arrival and showed us around the area on a map, pointing out attractions. It made us feel safe and at ease. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They tidied our room promptly every day, and the bedding was exceptionally clean – the hygiene was excellent. The only thing to note is that one day we returned to find the ozone machine on. Luckily, I saw it, otherwise, it seems it wouldn't have turned off automatically without a timer? Operating an ozone machine in a confined space can be harmful to people, so this needs extra attention. We tried the breakfast one morning, but the taste was quite ordinary and not really to our liking. There are probably better options available. Otherwise, there were no issues at all. We recommend staying here."

"The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet. It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient. We rarely saw Chinese guests, but the hotel was very friendly towards us; the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was spacious with two large beds and a small balcony. However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended."

"The room was cleaned every day (bed, towels, floor etc.) so no complaints. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and is located on the corner of a shopping boulevard (Zara, Sephora, Under Armor several luxury stores such as Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga etc.). The only negative point remains the amenities: the building being quite old, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed so at the slightest noise you can hear everything (TV from the next room, people talking on the phone, children crying/screaming)."

"The hotel has a convenient location, two steps from the Trevi Fountain. Overall, you can stay here for a couple of nights, but next time I'll look for something more comfortable. Cleanliness is mixed: on the one hand, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, and the bathroom was well-cleaned. On the other hand, the carpet in the room is definitely unnecessary, why do they use it in hotels with high traffic? The carpet was poorly cleaned (or not cleaned at all) by the time we arrived, so we walked around the room exclusively in slippers. The bathroom was very stuffy, like a sauna, and we could not figure out how to deal with the air conditioning, it seemed that the bathroom was heated centrally. However, the air conditioning in the room itself did not work, but we did not contact them, since the nights were warm and we did not freeze. Yes, an important point! There is no soundproofing in the hotel at all, I woke up at night and early in the morning from footsteps in the hallway and someone's conversations."

WWenWen HoHotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel! Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea! Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues. To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency. There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request. The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch. Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance. Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night. All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, less than a ten-minute walk from Termini train station. It's also not far from the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum, all within walking distance or a short bus ride. There are many bus routes nearby, making getting around super convenient. The accommodation itself is very quiet; opening the window reveals an inner courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet, both plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Rome.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

ИИлья КотикTLTR: This is not a 4 star hotel. The location is great, but literally everything else is a compromise… Let me start with 2 advantages of this hotel, since it won’t take long. The first is location. You literally take the north exit from Roma Termini to Via Marsala, cross two streets and take a right - and you are there! It’s that simple :) The other advantage is breakfast: it’s the same everyday, but it’s decent, much better than I expected. And now to the disadvantages… First and foremost: there was black mold in the bathroom! Lots of it. Why “lots”? Because the acceptable amount of mold in the bathroom for a 4 start hotel is zero. Second, the bed didn’t have a headboard. Do you know the acceptable number of headboards for a 4 start hotel? You guessed it: at least one :) The bed was actually two beds crammed together (which I don’t mind), but there was no duvet cover! Seriously: there was a sheet to sleep on, a separate sheet to cover yourself, a warm blanket and a sheet to put over it! Needless to say that during the night the sheet that was between the body and the blanket would be carried away. And yeah, all this 3-in-1 construction was tucked under the mattress like the future of Italy depends on it! What the actual ****?! Do you sleep like that at home? I bet you don’t; so, why would you sleep like that in a 4 star hotel?! Thirdly, there were no slippers, no microwave, no ******* table to eat from, no teakettle, no iron, no shower curtain, nothing! What we got was two paper cups in the bathroom and that’s it. 4 star hotel class service, right? It gets better! If we wanted hot water, we had to go downstairs from the 4th floor to get it from a broken *** mid-sized boiler located right next to the reception desk! Dear guests of this 4 star hotel, please don’t mind my wife getting some hot water for her noodles while you check in and pay tourist tax, it’s fine. When in Rome, you know… Fourthly, the quality of everything in the room was not great… to say the least. The walls were dirty, the hair dryer was really bad, the bottom of the bathroom door was broken. What the ****, guys?! Have you heard of amortization of assets or something? Not cool, not cool. I pay the tax, you fix the ******* door, ok? Lastly, my favorite… there was such a big gap under the front door of the room that everything that was happening on the hotel floor sounded like it was happening in our corridor. I don’t mind people walking past our door, but it really felt like there constantly was a stranger in our room. Couldn’t sleep well because of that. And let me tell you that there was some loud love-making somewhere on the floor… and I felt like a couple was ******* in our corridor! 4 star hotel experience? Not by a bit… All right, let me tell you why I put such a stress on this “4 star hotel” thing. The problem is that in Italy stars in a hotel don’t mean anything! I mean, they mean that the building has a certain amount of facilities, space, etc., but there is no correlation with the quality of staying in a room. Seriously, we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Venice and the room there was much better! To sum it up, this hotel is nice if you need a quick stay next to the railway station… but if you plan to spend more than two days in it… just pick something else if your budget allows. If not: well, you still got the location and the breakfast :) P.S. Cheers to the Asian and the African girls at the reception desk! You are the best :)

GGuest UserThe price of this hotel is quite value for money for a very basic stay, especially considering the location near Termini. It includes basic breakfast as well. The room is simple and the facilities are minimal, but acceptable for a short stay in Rome. When we arrived at night, the male receptionist was excellent — very friendly and welcoming. He even reminded us to be careful with our belongings in the area, which we appreciated. However, our experience the next morning was unfortunately the complete opposite. The middle-aged lady at reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming, no hello no god morning, when we walked to the lobby, she rudely asked what is your room number, u need to pay for your dog etc like we are somewhat an intruder. It’s very shocking for a start to the day. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, yet we were repeatedly told what we were not allowed to do — we couldn’t bring our dog near the breakfast area and were given strict instructions in a very unfriendly tone. Our is small dog, we would appreciate that kinder treatment More concerning was the inconsistent and dishonest pet fee. The site clearly states the fee is €11, but she initially tried to charge us €25. Is she trying make some petty cash out of it? After we showed her the site information which clearly says €11, she changed it to €15. When we questioned this, she sarcastically said “Nevermind it’s free” then want us to pay again. We found her attitude very inappropriate and disrespectful. The hotel itself is already very basic, but poor customer service makes the experience much worse. It is disappointing that a hotel would allow such unprofessional and discourteous behaviour at the front desk, as reception is the first impression guests have. While the price may be reasonable, the negative service experience makes it difficult for us to recommend this hotel.
