"Excellent location to move easily around the city of Rome.  However, it is worth mentioning the certainly improvable cleanliness and in particular the bathroom ceiling... Also, there was no hot water and we had to fiddle a bit with the shower knob. Everything else was normal."

"The hotel's reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are areas for improvement, such as the expensive tourist tax for two nights, which is €30, the wait time at the bar for someone to come and see you, the lack of bathrobes in the room when we arrived, which we had to ask for to use the spa, the small bathroom with the toilet inside, the lack of insulation; we could hear the showers running, and when we arrived, there was a pair of socks from the previous guests that hadn't been removed."

"I chose the family room of the hotel. Although I am paying on the first floor, it is not humid and the environment is okay. There are many small shops and a market around the hotel with fresh fruits. The hotel is quiet and the overall stay experience is very good."

"The Prima GuestHouse is a blend between hotel and B&B. While the location beside a major road might be noisy at times, the double pane Glassdoor does a lot to reduce the noise level. It is 10min walk from Lepanto subway and highly accessible to both downtown Rome and the Vatican. Can’t compliment enough on location. The staff is very friendly and helpful but note that they are around between 8am to 8pm local time. If you need anything beyond that time, you’re out of luck. Located in a very safe neighborhood with armed security in nearby buildings. There’s an embassy on 1st floor. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. They give 2 bottle of water on arrival. Amenities in the room is complete."

"Due to some personal mishaps on my part, the gentleman at the hotel's front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. The hotel environment is also very good, especially for Chinese travelers abroad; it truly gives a great sense of security. Other hotels I've stayed at had Italian staff who were quite unfriendly, so if you're a Chinese traveler, I highly recommend this place—it's truly excellent! A big thank you again to the gentleman at the front desk."

"Perfect position for the event we needed to attend and well connected with the tram. Not too central if you want to walk around the city though. Nice staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Clean room, maybe a little small but it’s ok. Spacious bathroom, although strange choice of location for the wc (if you’re tall you might hit the shower door, I certainly did). Vanity and welcome set were very appreciated, especially the slippers and the toothbrushes. The breakfast is nice and has a lot of options, unless you’re vegan (hopefully they do and you just need to ask). Overall, nice place."

"Super small apartments. On the plus side 1. Close to the metro 2. The room is clean, the bathroom is very fresh Minuses 1. Very noisy place. There is a trash can and a big road under the window; it is impossible to talk on the phone with the open balcony. 2. There is no soundproofing from the neighboring room. It was one room in an apartment, which was divided into two by a “cardboard” wall. 3. There are no basic cutlery in the room. If you want to eat fruit or snack on yogurt at home, this is a problem; there is no plate, teaspoon or knife. 4. From observations, the owner does not always answer calls and new arrivals had to call for a long time and stand on the sidewalk for several hours waiting for the key. in general, ok. But I wouldn’t stay there again."
