"The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded almost immediately and solved the problem right away. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of kitchenware and all the facilities you might need during your stay. One of the biggest advantages was the free washing machine and dryer, which made our trip much more convenient. The location is excellent, close to the train station and well connected to the main attractions in Rome. Overall, if you’re visiting Rome, I highly recommend staying here. It was one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely choose it again."

"I booked a single room, and when I arrived at the hotel, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She handed me the room key and then gave me directions on how to use the elevators, which involved taking two separate lifts. Her Italian was very fast and convoluted, and I found it quite amusing, so we both had a good laugh about it. After that, I got to my room, which looked very clean, had no strange odors, and was quite tidy. Plus, there's a supermarket and a pizzeria right next to the hotel. It's only an eight-minute walk to the train station, which is super convenient whether you're going to the airport or the main city train station."

There is one thing that is not good, that is, there are many mosquitoes and flying insects in summer, which is understandable, because the hotel is a manor with a lot of green plants. But I asked the management to give me mosquito repellent liquid, which they did. Overall, very good!"

"Это, в целом и не отель никакой, есть подобие рецепшн, но нет никакой вывески (еле нашли вход с улицы). Парковки своей нет (хоть это отмечено в описании отеля), просто повезло, что были в воскресенье (бесплатная парковка вдоль дороги) и реально нашлось одно единственное место напротив отеля. В сезон и в будний день - это будет невозможно (Колизей в 15 минутах ходьбы). Номер очень тесный. Душ-туалет-биде по сути просто отделены стеклом от комнаты - там и одному человеку не развернуться. Но стоит отметить, номер был чистый и тихий. Завтрак накрывают в кафе по соседству (5 минут), перед входом в отель - небольшой сад с фонтаном. Если хочется отельного сервиса и инфраструктуры - не стоит это бронировать. По схожей цене есть полноценные отели ближе к форуму и историческому центру"

"The location is quite central, there is easy to transport in Lime, bike or Uber. It is a safe area according to my experience. I first found access confused but afterwards quite effective. "We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked a 4 people room,and it was very spacious. The air conditioning was quiet, and the safe box was large enough to fit a laptop. The location was excellent as well—less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We arrived in the morning, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage free of charge. We could also refill our water bottles at the restaurant whenever we wanted. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety of choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"These are really amazing apartments! I'm very glad I found such a diamond among the houses. The atmosphere here is family, on the floor several rooms and a common kitchen area, and breakfast is at the table in an incredibly friendly atmosphere! And the hostess itself is just super; Location of the center, 10 minutes walk to the colose! Stop bus, metro and tram in 5 minutes walk from the apartments. The room is cozy, its own bathroom, closet (the only one, no safe ). The area is pleasant, very many different cafes with delicious food. Hopefully I'll come back here again! Hotel definitely recommend."
