"I stayed at the Scarlatti Hotel Milano and was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, very new, and particularly spacious. I especially appreciated the large shower and the very comfortable bed, which made the stay very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no waiting time. Another great advantage is the location: the hotel is in a very convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the station, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. An excellent experience in every aspect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and efficient service in Milan."

"They say it's a four-star hotel, but I honestly think all the services and amenities are five-star quality. The hotel itself is impeccable; the decor, design, and rooms are all fantastic. Breakfast and service were excellent, and even the toiletries were great – I actually bought some for home because they made my hair super shiny! However, the hotel is a bit too close to the Central Station for my liking. I didn't feel comfortable going out alone at night, so I ended up taking taxis every day. If you're traveling with friends, I think it's fine, but if you're by yourself, you need to be cautious around the hotel's surroundings."

"The hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated."

"I stayed for eight nights. The first room was quite small but acceptable; the second one was much better and more comfortable. The bathroom was very good and modern, although the lighting — both in the room and bathroom — could be improved. The hotel has been recently opened and feels like a modern business-style hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout my stay. Amenities such as a kettle, slippers, or toiletries are only available upon request, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The staff was polite and responsive. The location is excellent — right in front of Porta Venezia metro station (not Lima), just three stops from the Duomo, and also very convenient for reaching the fairgrounds. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just across the street. Overall, the service could still improve a bit, but it’s a good value for money. I would stay here again."

"This is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips."

"Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water."

My favorite feature was the balcony, perfect for relaxing and having coffee – the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable, ideal for travel or short stays. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. "I paid over a thousand for what felt like an Italian-themed Jihua Hotel. The good thing is the lobby offers free 24/7 snacks and drinks. The downside is the room is tiny, and they gave us one that was a bit bizarre, right behind the front desk. The photos show the subway station, a five-minute walk away, and some nearby street views."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."
