"Very helpful staff at reception, spoke fluent English which helped me a lot. Absolute amazing view of the San Siro football stadium, and an American Diner 3 metres next to the hotel. Double bed was huge and comfortable, shower and toilet very clean. All very efficient and again, amazing view."
"The room environment was very good, and the hygiene was excellent. Although it looked a bit old-fashioned, it was actually quite nice. The single room was comfortable, and while the space was a bit cramped, the bathroom was very large. The front desk was incredibly helpful, and I'm very grateful for that. On the other hand, the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center and main attractions. Tram 14 is close to the hotel, but it was rerouted during my stay, which made getting around difficult. If you're traveling solo, you might want to carefully consider the hotel's location."
"If you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps."
"We were very friendly and very helpful staff at the reception. Superlative breakfast in a relaxing environment. We will be happy to return even if this was the third time."
"The location is super convenient, really close to the central train station, and directly accessible by subway. There are tons of restaurant options nearby, plus a supermarket about a 15-minute walk away. The keyless entry felt secure, there's air conditioning, and the interior was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze."
"Good Hotel if you do not care to travel a bit to the city Centre. It is really well connected, so you don't have to worry about the distance too much. Only like 40 mins by metro. The room was clean, and the staff friendly. Would stay here again."
"Location is good to take various public transports going into the city centre. Room is spacious and offer kettle for hot water. Just as usual the door sound proofing is a bit weak. Time to time we can hear guests passing by speaking at the hallway."
"This hotel is quite good, located conveniently between the city center and the new Milan International Exhibition Center. It's a suitable option for those attending exhibitions, offering a good balance. Getting to the city center isn't far, and access to the exhibition hall is also convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is decent. For an exhibition period in Italy, this type of hotel is quite appropriate."
"Really happy with all the services.
Nice pool, beautiful rooms, all the people working there were really kind.
The bathroom is really nice, the bed was super confortable.
The two little black spot would be that it’s bit far of the center of Milan, and the subway is not near the hotel. And the view from my room, wasn’t really nice.
Over that, everything was perfect !"
"In general was good, even though check in was before 00:00 we were allowed to check in after midnight. The receptionist was kind except for one who was frustrated to our request for a blanket. He commented that one guest was complaining that the AC didn’t work and now we were requesting a blanket. There was no blanket in the room. There were only bedding sheets, which means at night it was pretty cold. And the cold air was blowing from downside of the main door to the room.
They were some stains, dead mosquito on the wall.
Regarding breakfast besides ham/bacon, there was no chicken or beef, there was enough coffee.
Kitchen worker during the breakfast was cleaning pretty loud the dishes, it was a little unpleasant eating while in the same room the kitchen worker was cleaning the dishes loudly.
Our request for quieter room was taken in mind and we got it . 😉"

Very Good
DDengmamaThe location is excellent, right across from Milan Central Station in an apartment building. The bus stop for Milan Malpensa Airport is right outside.
There's a Sichuan restaurant in the building's retail space. To get to the hotel, you go through the iron gate next door into the lobby. Follow the hotel signs, take the old-fashioned elevator on the left to the second floor, and you'll find the front desk. There's a Chinese-speaking host available, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lounge, which is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable.
Our family room had two beds, was clean and tidy, and both the bathroom and room were spacious. There was a kettle in the room. Be careful when showering, as the splash guard isn't tall enough, so water can spill out of the shower area. Watch out for slipping.
AanmqThe hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner.
牛牛哥.The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water.
EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and we were happily upgraded to two 1.8-meter large beds! The shower set in the bathroom worked well. This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro station and about a 17-minute walk to the train station, which felt pretty good.
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins.
One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome.
The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future.
GGuest UserJust around the corner from the train station, this hotel is brand new and all the room facilities were excellent. In the middle of the night, my husband suddenly had severe gallbladder pain. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, calling an ambulance (112) and assisting with communication. By the way, in Italy, public hospital ambulances, ultrasounds, X-rays, and blood tests are all free. Luckily, it was nothing serious, and we just got some painkillers to take home.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated.
