"The hotel was very well located; you step right out and there's a metro station that takes you straight to the city center. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of variety, although I'd recommend they change up the food options a bit more often. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful, helping us with everything. They have incredibly friendly staff, and I would 100% recommend this hotel. We were on a trip with friends and felt very welcomed."

"1. Convenient location. 90 mins from the MXP airport and 40 mins from the Duomo church. 2. The room is tidy and clean, with modern air conditioner, good for the hot Italian summer. 3. So big toilet and so big public area for social. There is a free water machine. 4. There are many local restaurants around the hotel, especially the gelato cafe."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"First, I must thank the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful. However, regarding the hotel itself, I must provide honest feedback. 1. Room Facilities: The room's style is minimalist, but I found it too simple. There was only a high chair; not a single comfortable chair to recline in. Also, the coat rack couldn't be removed from the rod; you had to put your clothes on, which meant shorter people would definitely need a stool to hang their clothes. 2. Room Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness was acceptable; it was cleaned daily. However, the bathroom constantly emitted a foul odor due to plumbing issues. After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem. 3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room. 4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient. 5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I primarily chose it for its excellent location. While it's not in the city center, it's only about 200 meters from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to reach tourist attractions in about 20 minutes. There's a Carrefour right next door, which is great for picking up water and snacks. Plus, on the way to the metro station, there's a Chinese restaurant that offers good food at affordable prices."

"The hotel is just opposite the Milano central and the bus station to airport. Very very convenient. Hotel is clean, may hear passerby or vehicles noise from room. Not for light sleeper. Room is pretty spacious, which is good for us to open our luggages for packing.. there is elevator (small and old) but saves us from carrying our luggages up the stairs. Overall, a good experience!"
