"Didn’t manage to stay here due to changes in my itinerary. The hotel was a bit far from the main attraction areas for my travel plan, and unfortunately my refund request was not approved. So I’m unable to comment much on the actual room and facilities."

"Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience. We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future."

"The room was spacious, and the bathroom was good, everything was clean. As for the kitchen, since it was summer, they told us we could only use the fridge and microwave. The city views from the terrace are beautiful. Perhaps the most ”hazardous” aspect of the room is the stairs, especially if an older person is staying there."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The kindness of the staff was also impressive. The room is rather small and the heating is not available at dawn. As much as coffee is provided in the lobby, but free water is not provided in the room. There are plenty of drinks in the refrigerator, but it would be more reasonable to buy and eat at the mart next to the hotel. The transportation is also relatively convenient. It was even better that the surrounding commercial district did not cause any inconvenience to daily life."

"The location is convenient, and that's about it. The room is small, there's no minibar, no water (I later found a water cooler downstairs), and no phone in the room. The curtains are odd, and there's no way to close the window. 7-11 has strange opening hours, and the entrance is through a residential building."

"The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. It's in a quiet area of Milan, within walking distance to metro , trams, and buses. There are restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. It's a simple hotel but has everything we needed. There is a coffee machine in the room, which is nice and above average for this hotel level. My only small complaint is that the beds are extremely soft. Although this could be an advantage for some people."

"The room was clean and the service was satisfactory. Breakfast was a bit expensive, making the overall value for money not great. However, if breakfast wasn't included, the value would be quite good."

"I arrived much earlier than expected, on time that did not yet include access to the room but they were equally available and handed me the keys. The structure is a stone's throw (just two) from the Brenta yellow line stop, it is small, pretty and comfortable. The room was equipped with everything needed, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. In short, it gave me the feeling of a particular attention to ”comfort”. Delicious breakfast (included in the cost of the room): croissants, tart, muffins, yogurt, cereals, tea, milk, coffee, juice. Of course, polite and polite staff. "

"Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station. To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk. Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly. My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view. On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again."
