Hotel makes big deal with Duty free liquor.. so obtain a signed n sealed permit before you visit this hotel. Very poor service from checkin to housekeeping. Adajaj cafe food is below average with some flashes of excellence at live stations but service was good n good hostess

The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Excellent breakfast. Varieties of choices. Spacious and airy. There is flute musician performing daily. Outside walking distance are many Restorans. A huge mall is about 10-15 mins by car. Check in was fast and efficient. Lobby is spacious with many sofa areas for casual meetings,

Nice cleantrue 4 star hotel with good service, good restaurants on LG & L9 n even stocked mini bar fridge!! Prompt response to any housekeeping n room service or cleaning requests. Despite liquor ptohibition in Gudjarat state for public, tourists cam enjoy specisl treatment and can get wine, beer, etc in this hotel. Located centrally near Ahmedabad city council, some local shops, big supermarket 5km away by tuktuk.inside well maintained n clean, nice lobby with Zodiac themed ceiling far high up, it has even old style business centre common fir 5 star hotels like Intercontinental Sydney with desktop pc + printer if you need it. “It is an excellent, completely new hotel that meets incontestably all the standards of a 5-star.

I had a very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The hotel lobby looked modern and welcoming, and the staff at the reception iwere polite and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the gym facilities, which were clean and suitable for a quick workout. The location was convenient, and overall the hotel provided good value for the price. A great choice for both business and short holiday trips in Ahmedabad.

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.
