The window has a view of the wall - and this is rather a plus: silence is guaranteed, extraneous noise from the street does not disturb. The room has a tea set, coffee, cream, as well as inverter air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is rather formal, but it is nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. For Europeans, the choice of food is very limited. The price per room is about $ 40, and this is more than an excellent value for money. I recommend this hotel, especially if you want to live in Varanasi in comfortable conditions, not far from the ghats, but at the same time in a clean and civilized area.

Hi I recently stayed with The Amayaa which was a comfortable experience. Location was suitable as it was well known in the neighborhood and to get local rikshaw/cab help. Rooms were maintained and staff was polite. Food was another highlight which ensured a satisfying experience

The hotel is located away from the city center, which is a HUGE plus! Being away from the endless, deafening noise is priceless. Our room was large and very cozy, with wide windowsills that double as sofas. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a fan. There's no safe. The plumbing is a bit outdated, but it works properly. The breakfasts were excellent. They made delicious cheese omelets (in addition to the main buffet) and chicken for us. The meat wasn't spicy, which is very important. There were fruits, pastries, and excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Not many vegetables. The staff was very helpful and even a little overly concerned about the comfort of guests. Across the street there's a street cafe with good food. Overall, it's a more European-style place, and we were glad we stayed here.
