"After staying at 5 other hotels in India, it was finally Holiday Inn's turn, and my friends and I were absolutely thrilled! It's such a shame we only stayed for one night. This is a European-style hotel. The rooms are clean, and the rooftop pool on the second floor is simply magnificent. The staff are polite, and the breakfast 🥞 was a solid 100 out of 10! The variety of dishes was just superb. I really loved Kerala, and my friends and I decided we'll explore it more thoroughly next time. And of course, we'll definitely choose this hotel again ❤️🇮🇳"

"This is the best hotel I have ever visited.
Front desk staff Anandu was very helpful.
All the waiters working in room service and the restaurant area were very professional and helpful, although I do not remember their names.
The room was very comfortable, and the location is great — near Lulu Mall and many restaurants nearby.
The best thing about the hotel is that all the staff members are always smiling and friendly. I love this hotel.
I strongly recommend this hotel to others.
I am planning to come again in July. We will meet again"

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were unfailingly cheerful, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment I arrived. JJianqiaodeyunThis is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

The first time in a suite, which was very large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, they made a bed up for our son.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Airport shuttle always available.
The beds were really comfortable
Food was good.
Pool was large and good to refresh in.
Overall definitely a good place to stay for Kochi airport.
Only negative which wasnt really to bad, was the room could of been alittle more cleaner, but it really wasn't a problem.

GGuest User one night from 10.30 pm to 10 am we stayed there . i booked unknowingly non Ac but later on i converted from non ac to ac and charged extra Rs.800 which was too much ..Food we ordered from out side which good but they did not provide spoon . Very small rooms as we can not turn one side to another area in room and bath room also tiny . Staff was very excellent night shift person was so very nice no doubt . Now again after visit another places and my home again i booked for one day stay in other hotel not in this . Loation is in village side nearby airport . cleaning of the room and toilet was good. overall i give average and will never stay again in this property .

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

GGuest UserSmall little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture.
Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone.
plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food.
