Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

I requested a QUIET ROOM, because my husband is a light sleeper, and he get sick easily if he doesn't have enough sleep, but the whole night has been a nightmare cause the roof above us is so noisy, sounds of people walking, and jumping, furniture moving, were very obvious and my husband call the receptionist and he PROMISED TO CHECK AND GET BACK TO US, but no one call us back until we checked out. The lady receptionist hand us the key with one hand and no smile, i think its very important to learn about basic hospitality code especially for the front desk staff. How ever the room is very very comfortable and the location is excellent.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Friendly service, comfortable hotel facilities, and delicious food. If I go on vacation again, I'll bring my family to stay at Hotel Amaris.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

The hotel is clean and has a swimming pool for both kids and adults.

Service is good, location is good. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is average.

Overall experience very good stay in this hotel, have various facilities such as plenty car & motorcycle parking lots inside. Nearby environment is very quite, not noisy unlike stay in near main road hotels.. specially at night I don't hear any noise from outside. Besides, they sell snacks, drinks, and other stuffs as well in the reception lobby, this is a huge plus point i think..
