The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was its location. Public transportation was also easily accessible, which added to the convenience. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. The hotel is located above a shopping mall (2nd floor) and has dining options on the B1 level. It's safe and convenient, situated near embassies. The service is meticulous, and the rooms are large, comfortable, and overlook a rooftop garden.

Had a great stay at Sutasoma Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Jakarta. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel! Booked it because I was attending a concert at the Kasablanka Hall, which was only about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was amazing! I ordered room service a couple of times, and the food was really good. I loved the spicy& sour grilled beef ribs! The pool was also nice, and they have a wellness room which I only saw after I checked out, unfortunately

The hotel amenities are complete, luxurious, and comfortable. They offer afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and two meals (breakfast and dinner) daily, which are excellent and varied. The hotel even upgraded us to an executive suite for free! It's an old-school luxury hotel with convenient access, and there are several large shopping centers nearby for easy shopping.

Our staycation during the school holidays was absolutely delightful! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The restaurant on the 36th floor was beautiful at night. Plus, I even got a slice of cake for my birthday... Thank you! 🥰

I had a great overall experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I entered, the lobby smelled really nice and created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was very convenient as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Beautiful and clean neighborhood. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There was one very serious issue though: cockroaches! I saw about 5 of them. It's extremely unpleasant when cockroaches are scurrying around your room.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion

There was a renovation and the staff already warned us it will be noisy start from 8am. And we just got the only room available on the lobby floor (no info earlier, when we got there, the receptionist told us on the spot so we had no option). When we entered the room, it smell damp, the door of the cupboard was broken (can't be closed) , the toilet smells bad, and the towels are dirty with something like black stain. It wasn't a good experience honestly and I won't repeat this booking. As for the receptionist, she was nice, welcome and friendly. Thanks.
