"It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve."

"Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the Sunriver Hotel Setiabandung's Family Suite was truly memorable. This hotel boasts a new, modern building, a comfortable ambiance, and excellent cleanliness. The facilities are comprehensive, making our family's stay very pleasant. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to various culinary spots and tourist attractions in Bandung, which made it easy to get around without long journeys. There was a minor issue on the last night, where the power went out twice, but it was brief and quickly restored. This didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families and travelers looking to enjoy a holiday in Bandung with a comfortable atmosphere, complete facilities, and easy access to many interesting places."

"My family and I got a room on the second floor (which is right below the swimming pool). Honestly, the room was a big no for me. It wasn't soundproof at all; it was incredibly noisy. My room was in the middle of the floor, but I could clearly hear the elevator (I can't imagine what it's like for rooms right next to it!). And the AC in my room was broken. The technician just cleaned the filter, and nothing changed. We ended up complaining to switch rooms and got a free upgrade. But another problem arose: in the new room, the AC remote and the unit weren't connecting, and there was no hairdryer (we had to request one). Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The food variety was lacking, and the taste was just so-so. However, the kids' play facilities were good. For us, once was enough."

"We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back🤍"

"Stayed with Bobocabin for a night! Did BBQ there as well! It was an amazing stay! They offer activities as well such as Off road Jeep, hiking etc. Can check with them before you arrive! They mostly communicate via Bahasa so do take your translator app with you. The room space is really small so do bring as little things as possible. Check in is via an app (Bobobox) and room key is using the app as well."

"We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service. Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them. I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away. They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience. I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future."

"It's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure."

"Booked via trip was the best choice. Overall, we had a good experience. We booked three rooms, and everything was great except for the check-in process. The only disappointing part was that our rooms still weren’t ready until 3:45 PM. We understand the hotel was dealing with back-to-back bookings, but honestly, that’s not the guest’s responsibility. At the very least, some kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Another downside was the female barista at Inspira Roaster. She was incredibly unfriendly. Maybe she thinks being good-looking is enough to make up for terrible customer service. It isn’t. Our family spent quite a lot there, we paid 3 separate times and never ordered just one itemc so the attitude was really disappointing. We visited between 10 AM and 12 PM on June 29. She handled our payment once when we ordered 1 sweet ice tea and 1 iced latte. Please provide better customer service training TO HER, as it really affects our experience."

"Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay"
