"We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm because Trip Advisor said that check-in was at that time. At the hotel we were told that it was at 3:00 pm, so we waited a while at the hotel. When it was time to check in to the room we had to wait another 15 minutes. However, they offered us iced tea and water upon arrival, as well as friendly and welcoming service. According to what they told us when we were going up to the room there was something dirty, which is why we had to wait the time I mentioned a few lines back. When we were going up I spoke to the hotel staff to tell them that we were obviously very tired and that between arriving at the hotel and going up to the room 1 hour and 20 minutes had passed, in that time they could have checked the room. For the rest, everything was perfect."

"Good location, 2 minute walk from the beach. The room gets cleaned every day. The beds are fairly comfortable. There are kitchen tools to cook. The furnitures and finishing are great quality and you also have a safe box. The pool is big and offers a quite a nice view. The staff is very kind and helpful. The prices are more than doubled, just like in the rest of the island."

"The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash."

"Posizione dell’hotel strategica. Vista meravigliosa , camere pulite e ordinate. Il servizio è ottimo, tranne che per la colazione, avrei da ridire su qualcosa. Nonostante io abbia preso una formula pernotto più colazione ho dovuto pagare dei supplementi per avere il caffè e i cappuccini. Quelli risultano esclusi dalla colazione avendo un costo a parte; 3€ per un caffè e 4€ per un cappuccino. Inoltre la colazione non è molto ricca."

"Very large room, great bath and shower. Amazing location right on the beach. Hotel staff were amazing, giving discounts to restaurants and ideas for day trips. Location is near many bars, restaurants and a few shops for essentials. Beach is great for just relaxing...just watch the prices of the sun loungers can be very expensive. The hotel has a rooftop bar and buffet breakfast with a super view of the entire bay. Bar was closed on our stay...seems the whole hotel needs a lick of paint and some upgrades to the buffet and bar area. Loads of competition in the area putting pressure on this place."

"Kove Hotel is a hidden treasure! Although it is only five minutes away from the lively Ornos Beach, it is surprisingly quiet and feels like a secluded paradise. I had an extremely comfortable and peaceful holiday here, and the hotel's care was evident in every detail. Special thanks to their team, especially Nancy - every morning, she greeted us with a gentle smile, asked about our needs carefully, and prepared a rich and delicious breakfast for us. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff made the entire stay experience even more perfect. Even more impressive is their attention to detail: every corner of the room is cleaned spotlessly; towels by the pool are collected every night and laid out neatly in the morning even if they are not used. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel truly valued. Kove Hotel is highly recommended to all travelers who seek quality and tranquility!
