"Our originally planned apartment had a water outage, so we had to book this place last minute on the same day. The plumbing facilities are clean, the room is spacious, it comes with a balcony, and breakfast is included. The location isn't the absolute best, but it's surprisingly convenient with restaurants and a park nearby. I also recommend taking a walk along the river in the cool morning. There's a rooftop on the top floor, so you can bring a drink and relax there. Since Rustaveli Avenue is under construction and closed to traffic, buses are stopped, so using Bolt (taxi app) is a cheaper and more convenient way to get around."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the Dezerter Bazaar, the train station, and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was about a 3/5, but we overlooked it since we only used the hotel for sleeping. We booked a room with a balcony, which turned out to be quite dark because the balcony itself was very large. However, this also made up for it. In the evenings, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the peace and quiet, along with the beautiful view of Mount Mtatsminda. The room didn't have toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste), but we had brought our own. On our last night, around 2:30 AM, a fire alarm went off loudly in the room and throughout the hotel. We rushed out of the room to check what was happening. It was turned off a minute later, and everyone went back to sleep. Apparently, someone had been smoking."

"A very cute and charming hotel with spacious, spotless rooms that always smell amazing. Everything is neat and well maintained, and the bar on the sixth floor is fantastic - a perfect place to relax with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious, bright, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My travel plans changed unexpectedly, and the manager was incredibly kind and understanding, making a stressful situation much easier for me. Their hospitality really made a difference. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi."

"Room View: Even though my deluxe room was on the 8th floor, the 270-degree city view was absolutely impeccable. Front Desk Service: Contrary to what was stated on Ctrip, the hotel doesn't seem to have a translation machine. There were very few front desk staff who spoke English, and their attitude was quite arrogant. They barely responded to any inquiries, providing almost no help (for example, when I stayed two nights and wanted to switch rooms on the second day due to a strong musty smell, or when I needed a hairdryer from housekeeping). For tourism inquiries about Tbilisi attractions and routes, I had to wait for a specialist (who also didn't speak much English, but was thankfully enthusiastic and could help by drawing on a map). Room Environment: It looks like a new hotel, but when I first entered my room, there was a strong musty smell. Breakfast: The variety was limited, but it was enough to fill up. It wasn't top-tier, but not bad either."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Great location, beautiful area where you can walk endlessly. It's so quiet in the hotel, it's almost unusual. It was lovely to sleep to the sound of birds chirping. The hotel staff were friendly and always resolved any issues quickly. The breakfast was optimal – scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a couple of salads, and very tasty eggplant – delicious and filling. 100% value for money, we would gladly stay again."

"The hotel is alright, and the staff are excellent. The location is right in the city center, but the room is very small (you get what you pay for). The window doesn't open properly, the floors were quite dirty, and the noise level made it hard to sleep. Other than that, it's acceptable. "A chic holiday in a luxurious hotel with stunning views! We really liked this chic, luxurious and big hotel! From the entrance to the hall we have a wonderful impression met very welcoming staff. I would like to mark the incredible, very pleasant smell that feels throughout the hotel.The rooms are just chic: very spacious, with a cool little balcony and a stunning panoramic view all the main attractions of the city You can see as on your hands! The room has absolutely everything you need, it was crazy fun to spend time. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower and a very good, qualitative cosmetics from London.Breakfast was good. Not to say that the menu is very diverse, but it was all necessary, delicious and qualitative.The hotel has a great large swimming pool and a beautiful spa area with pleasant showers right in the hall. The only minus y lying at the pool is not always strictly controlled by staff. Some guests leave towels on them and leave for a long time. Therefore, you can not always find a free place at once, but if you want, you can wait a little, and it will appear.The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and large. It is very convenient to get to it on the rope road there and back, the road one way 13 minutes, and the scenic views are open around.In general, we liked everything very much. "The most authentic Tbilisi experience is to stay at The Telegraph and try all its restaurants (Western, Thai, rooftop bar, and lounge bar), plus the excellent Chinese restaurant right across the street. This way, you can perfectly avoid Georgian food. However, the hotel room's design is so strong that the bathroom's practicality is a bit awkward. The hotel should reconsider this."

"We booked a family room. It had a queen size double bed and a single bed. The had all basic amenities kettle, cups, teabags, coffee, refrigerator. During our stay daily the room was cleaned by staff and we were provided with water bottles everyday. Bathroom was cleaned daily, towels were also changed. Staff was very friendly. About the breakfast as indian you will daily get eggs with salad, juice, fruits and coffee. Menu changes everyday with availability of eggs everyday. One day there were fried rice and mushroom curry. Only slight drawback is its far from the center you need to plan your day accordingly its difficult to get to hotel again and again if you once get out to explore the city. Other than that very thing is very good"
