"we took the city bus from Heathrow Terminal 2 to get to this hotel. i thought the room for three beds would be so so small, but it was fine. there was enough space by the entrance door for us to open 3 bug luggages. our rental car pick up was also nearby and its very easy to get bus around the hotel area."

"Located right inside Terminal 4, this hotel is a great choice if you have an early morning flight. The room was very spacious, and I was really pleased with the environment. I left at 4 AM, and the staff member at the entrance even greeted me. 😁"

The manager, Agnel, team member Abdul, and the rest of the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. My kids looked forward to breakfast every day. "The hotel is far from any metro station and you have to take a bus to go to metro station. Also, the air conditioning is set by the hotel team and they ask you to open the window to adjust the room temperature but it’s a hotel near to highway and once you open the window it’s will be too noisy."

"The environment is clean and with good security. The bed is comfortable. Short walking distance to train station but no lift 🛗 to the platform, so need to carry your luggage walkup the stairs."

Staff were quick to provide me with a new and working hairdryer after I made a call to the reception as the previous one wasn’t working. You'll see many guests catching flights here—it’s common to see travelers waiting in the lobby for the shuttle bus even in the early hours of the morning. There is a parking lot on-site, though the parking fees are on the higher side of moderate. As for the breakfast, it was pretty standard and didn't leave much of an impression."

"Great location, centre of the Hounslow High Street. Plenty of shops and restaurants located near the hotel. Microwave and Hot water available near reception throughout the stay making it easy and convenient for guests. Very clean property and accommodating staff members."

"Value for money, comfy bed, good water pressure but not convenient if you’re taking public transport. The nearest bus stop appears 8 min walk away, but when you’re carrying heavy luggage in the cold at night, it was no fun. Uber kept cancelling on us in the morning when we tried to book a ride to the airport, maybe because this place is right by the motorway."
