"This hotel is Fantastic location right by the St. James tube stop and bus stop nearby for get everywhere. Very easy to get to from Gatwick Airport. Walking distance to so many sights like Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Very easy to get everywhere much see in London.Great restaurants nearby. Honestly loved it. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable ans clean and the price for location is great. If you want a comfortable place to lay your head after being out all day in a great location this is for you. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends though."

"The location is excellent, very quiet and safe, but transportation isn't very convenient. It's quite far from the train station, with only a bus stop nearby. There's a pier, Milebank, about a 5-minute walk away, but the RB6 service is infrequent and ends early. There's a Sainsbury's also within a 5-minute walk. The room is a bit small but not cramped, and the design is nice; you could even call it a suite. It has a modern feel. However, the amenities are truly lacking. For a price over 2,000, there are no slippers or toothbrushes. Many of the front desk staff are Indian, and the service feels very stingy. On the positive side, the hygiene is good, it's very clean, and business seems to be doing well. The rooftop gym is unique; although small, it offers great views."

"Jadelle, a staff member at the front desk who speaks Chinese, informed us that if we opted out of room cleaning for three days, we could receive a complimentary bottle of red or white wine, four beers, or a £10 voucher for hotel food and beverages. This was a really nice touch. If you're not comfortable with English, you can directly ask for her. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next trip to London."

"Stayed in a capsule for three nights. Overall, it was a great experience and very good value for money. Pros: • the capsules are very comfortable - I was able to sleep just as well as in a hotel • very cheap for the comfort, cleanliness and location • they are also very fun and different so enjoyed the new experience • the corridors are mostly silent apart from the occasional noise of people moving around • no noise from outside the building • corridors and capsules both have good air conditioning • capsules have hooks, dimible lights, a mirror and a plug socket and USB-A and C charging ports • bathrooms are cleaned regularly • the check in and out is an easy self service on an iPad but there are also staff who can assist with this and anything else if needed (for example I got a free toothbrush as I had forgotten to bring one) - I was very impressed with the customer service overall • the lobby area has vending machines for some toiletries, snacks and drinks • there is 24/7 security at the door • the location is incredibly central and just 30 seconds from the underground - but so much of Central London is within walking distance • especially good value for solo travellers Cons: • towels are not included so you need to bring your own or pay • luggage storage is the same • the capsules have a lock on the inside but you need a padlock for the outside which is not provided (you can buy one from the vending machines in the lobby) • there is only one vertical bar per capsule to hang up a towel - you might struggle to dry wet clothes if it was rainy • there is a big room of toilet and shower cubicles - the shower cubicles have a small bench and area for changing, which gets wet when you use the shower - making changing a bit uncomfortable (perhaps installing floor-length shower curtains between the sections could help) • the local area is very touristy so you miss out on the slightly quieter London neighbourhood feel of somewhere people actually live • the area can be a bit rowdy at night • not great facilities for shaving However no hostel or hotel is going to be perfect at this price, especially in such a central part of London. I was quite skeptical of staying in this kind of accomodation, but overall I loved my stay and it was brilliant value. I will definitely be staying here again many times in the future when I am in London and I would highly recommend it. Tips for staying here: • bring your own padlock and towel • bring flip flops, sliders or sandals for the toilet and showers • women who would prefer not to share facilities with men can book women's only capsules • pack light - there isn't a lot of space for bags and large bags aren't allowed in the capsule"

"A family of three stayed in London for five days and four nights, and stayed at the Club Hotel for three nights. We chose a family room on the fourth floor along the main street, which was quite quiet. The front desk can receive express delivery, and a deposit of 100 pounds is required upon check-in. The room is exquisitely decorated, with a large TV, a microwave, a dining tray and a coffee machine. The floor is equipped with a free ice machine and a water dispenser. The location is excellent, close to the National Gallery, there are supermarkets around, and the service is also good. The only drawback is that the shower room is a bit small, there is no electric heating rack, and the air conditioner is very loud. But overall, I am satisfied."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, about a 3-minute walk; it's also not far from the British Museum, around an 8-10 minute walk. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room size is quite spacious for London standards. The soundproofing could be better, and the hotel rooms don't have air conditioning, which was the only thing that was really difficult to accept – it was very uncomfortable without AC in 30-degree weather. Check-in isn't until after 2 PM, which feels a bit inflexible, but they do offer free luggage storage."

"Traveling in the UK, I found this hotel near the British Museum. It's about a 10-minute walk from the museum, and there are plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. There's also a metro station with a direct line to the airport. The hotel was reasonably clean, and the facilities and service were good. The front desk offers 24-hour luggage storage."

"Stayed in an executive twin room for 3 nights with a relative. The room was spacious, my only concern was there was very little room between the two beds. We had a lovely view of Vincent Square. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Good choice of food provided at breakfast. Hotel is 10 minutes from trains/tubes/buses and ideal for sightseeing. Good restaurants nearby. We spent our last evening in the courtyard watching England v Croatia, great atmosphere."

"This place is spotlessly clean, and the owner is truly dedicated to running it well. The front desk staff, especially the young man, is incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. It's very close to the London Eye and Big Ben, just a 20-minute walk. You can take the 63 bus to King's Cross Station, making day trips to Cambridge and Edinburgh really convenient. Bus 148 offers a scenic route past the city's most iconic attractions – no need for a Big Bus tour! This is my second stay here, and I honestly can't recommend it enough. The breakfast is quite substantial for me, and my Chinese palate was perfectly happy with the eggs, oatmeal, milk, and coffee. They even provide purified water and fruit! It feels like the owner isn't even trying to make money, just completely focused on customer service. There are two supermarkets nearby, and the area feels safe, but I'd advise not coming back too late. London teenagers can be a bit... excitable, to say the least!"
