"The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The transportation was also very convenient. The double room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very basic and repetitive; I ate the same things for three days straight and got tired of it."

"Disappointing…All negative reviews on Trip.com are true. As for us, we encountered additional issues on 2 separate bookings: 1. For our 1st booking, we were given an “Accessible”room which I did not request/book for, and we were not informed during check-in. We realised it was an Accessible room only when we entered the room. However, we were too tired to confront the staff immediately. I checked with the staff the following day and was told that - “pictures on website are for reference only” “I should have request for a NORMAL room, and make note during booking that I DO NOT want an Accessible Room”, This is ridiculous! By default, any hotel will allocate a normal room unless Accessible Room is selected or requested. No apologies from the staff whom I spoken to, instead he sounded like it was my issue. 2. On our 2nd booking, we were given a normal room though, but there were damaged clothes hanger in our room closet which causes 2 minor cuts on my fingers, see pic. Fortunately I felt the sharpness before I use full force to pull my clothes over the hanger, otherwise it would be a deep cut. 3. TV programs were not available for ALL channels. I asked the staff and was told that it was due to “technical issues” and it’s affecting all guests room. I strongly agree to a guest’s review - ‘Zero willingness to help, just pure hostility with a creepy smile’ Overall, we did not get the type of “welcome” & “pleasant stay” like any other accommodation we experienced in the past (be it Hotels, Apartments, Service Apartments), and this is not our 1st time to London."

"Great hotel at a great location very friendly staff very clean. They have a bar and a restaurant within the hotel, which is big bonus 😃 get the full English breakfast. It’s delicious. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay there you won’t regret it. I’ve stayed there twice already and I plan to stay a third time in 2026."

"Everything was great – the room was spacious, relatively new, and clean. Although it's not in the city center, it's well-connected by several metro and bus lines, and the nearby mall is convenient. Excellent value for money. Just a few things to note: 1. The windows don't open, and there are no blackout curtains. 2. No matter how many days you stay, you only get two complimentary bottles of water at check-in. 3. Breakfast is the same every day. 4. Check-out is at 12 PM, and I'd confirmed this with the front desk. I don't understand why housekeeping knocked at 9 AM (which I ignored) and then again at 11 AM asking when I would be leaving??"

"The room was a decent size. The shower felt a bit basic, but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Overall, it's great value for money. The only minor inconvenience is that parking is in a different building, about a 2-minute walk away. There are several restaurants downstairs. I'd consider staying here again!"

"This hotel is located right next to one of London's biggest shopping malls, making it super convenient for shopping. In the evenings, I could just pop over to M&S to grab some fruit and breakfast items. The subway station is only a five-minute walk away, and overall, it offers great value for money!"

"I book the first time in this Hotel, i book a double room. The room is ok, you also have a Kitchen in the room, so you can cook your own food. Unfortunately the air condition is right next to the Bed. I turn this of before i go to bed, but it still make so much noise all night, thats i could not sleep at all. I had the option in Trip to book with Breakfast, what i did. At the arrived in the Hotel, there said there is no Breakfast in this Hotel, you only can have croissant and coffee in the morning and that it, for the rest you need to pay extra."

"Honestly, this was one of the best family stays we've ever had. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. I would especially like to recognise Alexandra at reception. She provided truly exceptional customer service. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced service at this level. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and even helped arrange a lovely surprise in our room for a birthday celebration. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay special. She deserves a pay rise! I don't normally leave reviews, but Alexandra's outstanding service, along with the excellent support from the rest of the team, motivated me to do so. The hotel is conveniently located, only about a 6-minute walk from Canning Town Station, making it easy to get around London. We stayed with our 3 month old son and found the room to be spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. Everything was excellent – from the room and facilities to the delicious breakfast. Fabulous staff, great location, and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit London."

"This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was a fantastic experience. In the UK, where everything is so expensive, having a kitchen in the room is a huge plus. The kitchenette in this hotel room was incredibly well-equipped – cooking utensils, knives, cups, plates, everything was even more comprehensive than what I have at home, and it even had a dishwasher! There's a Marks & Spencer supermarket right in the mall downstairs, so if you don't want to eat out, buying groceries and cooking yourself is much more affordable. You do have to ask the front desk for cooking oil, though. While the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, its advantage is the massive mall downstairs, which is great for browsing. It has Primark, M&S, A&F, a food court, and more. Plus, getting to various attractions by underground usually doesn't require transfers, and you can often get a seat since it's an end-of-the-line station, which is another bonus. The only minor drawback is that the hotel breakfast menu is the same every day. For guests staying a whole week, it would be much better if the food options changed. By the fourth day, I found it very monotonous and didn't want to eat breakfast at the hotel anymore. Also, booking Hyatt hotels through Trip.com means you won't earn any Hyatt points or have it count towards Brand Explorer status, so if that's a concern, please book directly through official channels."
