"This is absolutely superb! I booked the smallest room thinking that for two nights that would do. Turned out I could easily live there for a couple of months!
The space is so smartly organised that you don't feel the lack of space. Everything is elegant and cosy. The bed is super comfortable.
The bathroom is spacious, beautifully looking and everything is in perfect working order. All spotless clean. Definitely going to book it again once I am in London and will recommend it to all of my friends."
"Great value for money! The rooms are spacious, and the welcome is especially pleasant and helpful! Bus 24 is right nearby to get to central London. The breakfast is good quality, though a minor drawback is the coffee in the morning, but the abundant buffet makes up for it. Also, the breakfast staff are very attentive! We'll happily return, and the neighborhood is nice! Don't hesitate to book!"
"Good:
Free luggage storage service
Right next to McDonald’s and bus station
Provide shampoo, body gel and conditioner
Room cleaning everyday
Nice views from hotel
24 hour front desk service
Bad:
Location quite far from the main tourist spots, need to spend more on transport (both money and time wise)"
"The room is too small, not as advertised; there is a hotel sign outside the room window, which seriously affects the sleep at night. I hope to change the room, but the hotel did not solve it. The breakfast is quite good. The room rate booked one month in advance is more expensive than the price on the day. The location is very good, very convenient to the surrounding attractions."
"Having read some reviews booked this hotel with a few nerves. However staff on reception were lovely. Room was clean. Fan had been left on to coolrom, it was a hot room but in middle.of a heat wave. Perfect location for us to parkrun in Battersea park on Saturday.
We only stayed 2 nights did not expect room serive but room was cleaned, bed made, pots washed. Would stop again next time.
Only thing I would say watch the shower ours was red hot!"
"Great location very easy checking in and explanation in getting to our capsule was very clear.
The toilets and showers were mostly clean and I did see cleaners in there through out the day.
I took a lock with me for when I was not in the capsule and was happy to use it so we could leave our bags and feel secure.
The bed was comfortable and clean and with plug socket and cable section a fan for circulation and light everything you need."
"I liked it a lot, we had premium rooms and it was very good except that my towel smelled bad, another thing I didn't like was the English breakfast, which was good except for that because there was a kind of strange bacon that couldn't even be cut and you could barely eat, the rest was perfect, the receptionist was very nice and did a very good job."
"Surprisingly, such a good hotel. Tiny, cozy and has so many benefits: free breakfast, welcome fruits, all the accessories you may need (shaving kit, shower cap etc).
Rooms are small, but nicely quipped. Perfect water pressure (so rare in city centre) and even a lift (actually 2) and fridges in the rooms.
We were allowed to take our rooms 40 minutes earlier, very kind of them. There are so many complimentary things at the reception, that it’s hard to mention: candy of different types, 2 drinks, fruits, biscuits …
Two disadvantages only: no parking at all and small beds (double bed is only good for slim people, though bed is very comfy).
Definitely, will come back!"
"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Victoria train station and about ten minutes from the Tube station. To the right, just a short walk away, is the long-distance bus station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel's layout is quite compact, with many twists and turns inside. The front desk staff, perhaps seeing I was traveling alone, gave me a room on the first floor. Although small, the room had everything I needed and was very clean. I could even open a standard-sized suitcase after closing the bathroom door. According to the fire escape plan, this room was in the middle of the first floor, so while there was some train noise, it wasn't too loud. However, other guests closing their doors late at night were quite noisy! The internet in the room was good; I could play Honor of Kings and Genshin Impact without any lag. The 9 AM breakfast was quite mediocre, and the towels were a bit old. They do offer free luggage storage."
"Jadelle, a staff member at the front desk who speaks Chinese, informed us that if we opted out of room cleaning for three days, we could receive a complimentary bottle of red or white wine, four beers, or a £10 voucher for hotel food and beverages. This was a really nice touch. If you're not comfortable with English, you can directly ask for her. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next trip to London."

Great
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was generally clean and well-equipped. The location and transport links were decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. There's room for improvement regarding some of the facilities and soundproofing, and a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would be great. Considering the price and overall quality, it's a reasonable option, especially for a short stay.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is excellent, with commercial facilities and a subway station nearby. The restaurant and bar on the top floor are fantastic. The downsides are that the room size is not very large and the air conditioning system isn't always very powerful.
GGuest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!
LLily77dddOn my first night, everything in my room was fine except for a problem with the air conditioning. It kept making a very strange and incredibly loud noise, which prevented me from sleeping properly. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk to switch rooms, but then I had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in again. Honestly, the new room wasn't as good as the first one. It felt a bit old and the bathroom's exhaust fan constantly smelled of smoke. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 11:00 PM that night – everything was just so bizarre. Plus, the third floor was very noisy, and I'm not sure why; it seemed like the staff were living there. The lighting in my room was also faulty, flickering between dim and bright. The pictures are of my first room, which looked much newer and brighter.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.
JJo WarawutIf you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.
BBoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
AAnonymous UserIt was great stay in Berjaya Eden! I personally live the vibdes. It was walking distance to Bayswater station and Queensway St.
It also easy for you to find the halal foods. Its everywhere and easy to access!
This is my second time to stayed here. The staff was really good and polite.
Eventhough the room that i choose was a little bit “not so spacious” but its ok as long as it walking distance from one to another.
Will repeat?? Of course YES!!
AAnil ShewakramA memorable hotel stay seamlessly blends comfort, exceptional service, and local charm. The experience begins with a warm, efficient welcome that immediately washes away travel fatigue. Inside the room, pristine cleanliness and thoughtful design create a personal sanctuary, featuring a plush bed and modern amenities. Delightful surprises, like a stunning window view or complimentary local treats, elevate the atmosphere. Exceptional hospitality shines through attentive staff who anticipate needs without intruding. Dining experiences, from a vibrant breakfast buffet to artisan coffee, celebrate regional flavours. Ultimately, a perfect stay transforms a simple lodging choice into a relaxing, unforgettable highlight of the journey.
GGuest UserEven though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.
