"We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. Our room was perfect and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. A special mention has to go to Ipek C, who made such a positive difference to our stay. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very informative. Her kindness and positivity is rare and made our stay feel special. It’s clear that the staff here care about their guests, and Ipek C is a real credit to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would be delighted to return in the future."

"I have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. Room doesn’t smell even fresh - for this price I was in shock. Anyway 86£ was wasted. Reception amazing, helpful and nice. They told me even I’m Not the only one who complain about cleaners."

"This is a clean and tidy hotel. Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is quiet and the room that I have stayed was really tidy and clean as well. Everything in the room worked perfectly. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee in the room! They offered free breakfast for me as well.The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good sleep. Goodbye Travelodge... If you want me to talk about what could be improved, I can't think of one thing though. Cheers!"

Rooms are pristine clean, quiet options, non-smoking, and comfy, powerful hot shower 🚿 and delicious breakfast, most tasty ground coffee, fresh orange juice, bargain value for money. Gratitude 🙏"

"Living so remote is because I have to visit relatives, otherwise I generally will not live here 😂 The hotel has no elevator. The luggage has to climb the stairs to move up. The room has no air conditioning and electric fans. It is generally not hot in the UK. The room was large and the two people lived very comfortable. Before leaving on the last day, the front desk staff also sent us a cup of hot coffee for breakfast."

"Even though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away."

"The room is clean and very cost-effective. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a good restaurant next door. It is a simple and clear express hotel, suitable for family travel. It is some distance from the subway station, about 30 minutes' walk!"

"Impossible to park, not your fault but very lively outside in the car park eg a man weeping in the middle of the open car park in front of my son. Families complaining about an unmade bed without pillows on arrival didn’t help. Reception staff and kitchen staff very polite."

"It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute."

"Booked a room with a window, in reality it’s a skylight. They only provide one towel in the room, however the reception man was very friendly and helpful and brought extra to the room. Cannot fault the staff the rooms are amazing for the price only downside is lack of towels in room and the mould round the shower, however I would stays here again"
