"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which makes getting around super convenient. The staff's service attitude was really good. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, not 6:00 AM as stated online. When I asked a staff member if I could have breakfast a bit earlier, they immediately accommodated my request."

"I had an excellent stay at Holiday in London Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served every morning. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food, and it was the perfect way to start each day. A special thank you to Sultana, who was an amazing host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Her outstanding hospitality and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. "Great location next to the tube station, conveniently close to shops and eateries. Easy and hassle-free check-in. Immaculately clean rooms with great heating, A/C, Large TV and refreshments provided. The shower had good pressure and remained hot even when showering at peak times. Staff were friendly and conscientious. I would stay here again. My only niggle was loud banging/building work at 07:30am, but this was out of the hotel’s control, so would be unfair to judge them on that. Made up for it with a lovely continental breakfast which was re-stocked regularly."

"The location was one of the main reasons we chose it, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. It's perfectly situated between the local neighborhood and the main tourist attractions, allowing us to experience both sides of London. West Brompton station is just a few minutes' walk away, but if you enjoy walking, many attractions are within walking distance (at least they were for us :D). We actually chose to walk almost every day because the neighborhood was so pleasant. A few days before our arrival, I contacted the hotel through the Trip.com messaging system with a question, and they replied within an hour and a half, which we really appreciated. We also arrived before the official check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage in the complimentary luggage storage until our room was ready. The room was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable after long days of exploring the city. We also loved the fun ”Cleaning Please” and ”Do Not Disturb” door signs, they were a nice little touch. Both check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and hassle-free. The only minor downside was when we wanted to post a parcel within the UK. We asked the staff if there was a nearby post office or parcel drop-off point, but they didn't seem very familiar or confident with the available options."

"This is a decent hotel. At the very least, the facilities are new. The view is of an unfinished cargo warehouse, but taxis to other parts of the city only take about 10-20 minutes. There are no undesirable people around, just newly built residential buildings. Although the room isn't huge, it's new, which is great! Right across the street is a Tesco supermarket, and there's a park about a ten-minute walk away! If you walk about sixteen minutes to Fulham, you'll find 'Chuan Po Po' (a restaurant), and the portions there are generous! Definitely recommend! "Our stay here was a breath of fresh air after our experience in a shoebox hotel room in another hotel closer to London Kings Cross. The hotel has been recently renovated and now has a modern artsy interior. Facilities and interior of the rooms are very new and clean. And we also appreciated the room size which was much more spacious compared to other hotels in London - both of us could open our large size luggages with ample room! Although the location is not in the center of tourist attractions, we appreciated that the area was abit more quiet and peaceful but still very convenient as only a short walk to the tube (west Brompton district line) which connected us to majority of attractions easily and within short distance. It was also easy to get onto the picadilly line for Heathrow at the end of our trip as picadilly line stations are also close by. There were also busstops right outside our hotel & west brompton station is also an overground station if you need to travel to outside central london Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again"

"The location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement."

"The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was smooth and efficient! The room was pretty spacious for a single room and it had all the necessities I needed like an hairdryer, and also travel adapters which is something I did not expect but appreciate a lot! It is also close to Paddington station, approximately about a 5mins walk. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is close to the hospital so you can expect a couple of ambulance or police sirens at times. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that, there wasn’t any ‘do not disturb’ sign that you can indicate. So there wasn’t any way that I could inform the cleaning staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned. But am glad that my valuables didn’t get stolen. The hotel was really great overall and i’ll be sure to book an hotel with them the next time I visit London!"

"A beautiful hotel, just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but thankfully there are buses available. The breakfast was good. The room was quite small, even though I knew the size when booking. It was difficult to open my 26-inch suitcase. I was staying alone in a double room; it would be really cramped for two people."
