"had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was modern, quiet, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby facilities. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is nice. The bed was very comfortable . The bathroom was lovely and clean. However I think the hotel needs more than 1 central twin elevator. The elevator is far from some rooms and there are multiple doors to go through if the room you are assigned is farther at the back. The front desk folks were kind enough to change my room twice. The first reason was my room was too far from the elevator . The 2nd reason was, my room was facing the courtyard and so I didn’t have service on my phone. The lighting in the room wasn’t very bright except your room faces outside, then the natural light adds to the illumination . The Sutton train station is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, which is awesome. However If you intend to go out on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) ensure you make your way back early because the trains going back to Sutton could be disrupted unexpectedly. I had to order Ubers twice from Morden and East Croydon to get back to the hotel. There are restaurants close by and shops to get groceries. There’s also a mall close by and banks as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet and peaceful experience."

"What I like : The breakfast! It is not fanciful but enough variety and selection for one to be well fed. I wish there is more vegetarian option as the current vegetarian sausages (?) contains onion. Which is not edible for me, of which our vegetarian practice do not consume onion, garlic , leek The front desk. The young Caucasian lady and the Asian ( I think is Indian if not mistaken ) are both really helpful. The kitchen crew, I think one of the lady's name is Adele or Adela. It was very cold on the day I stayed there , so I can imagine the hard work to withstand the cold and get all food prepare for hotel guests by 6/ 6.30. I am grateful. Gratitude to kitchen team The plumber / engineer. He came helping me to fix the toilet as the water keep flowing. He work really hard towards it getting in and out of the room as the problem is abit tricky. Please recognise his hard work, dedication and determination. I am happy with my stay, it makes me look forward to staying in Holiday Inn when I visit other countries. Sounds like a promising and reliving brand I would be in good hands anywhere I go."

"Good location, especially for concerts that take place in Fairfield Halls. Spacious rooms and multitude of channels in the telly! This part of London is not too grate but the stay os well worth its price."

"Stayed for a night at the hotel to attend my friend’s wedding at nearby Grand Sapphire venue. The hotel was very nice with a nice bar and restaurant. The room was clean and was of good size. The only downside is car park is not free even for guests. Its £10 for 24 hours. Also, in the morning the housekeeping staff came very early and was working in the corridor area and we could hear the noises from inside our room which woke me up. Wanted to sleep longer as we had a late night at the wedding."

"Very close to the station / sainsburys / office area / box Park. Does the job as a convenient place to stay, clean rooms quite small but no complaints. Also easy connection to London Bridge ~20 min on train. Thank you."

"Very satisfied, the hotel is very, very good and very clean. However, the first Thai food is at least difficult to drink in Dongyin Gong soup. The shrimp is very fishy, like brushing pot water."
