"We stayed here for two nights before our cruise from Southampton. My friend sprained her ankle on the plane, and the incredibly friendly front desk staff kindly gave us an accessible room. However, when we checked out and packed, I accidentally left a pair of shoes behind. After our 8-day cruise, we returned to the hotel to ask about them, but were told there was no record in their lost and found system and the items weren't in the lost and found pile. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was delicious."

"The room was really spacious, perfect for the three of us. It was very comfortable, with space for two upstairs and two downstairs. We could even cook! The location is convenient, and there's paid parking available right outside. Plus, there's a 24-hour front desk."

"It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices."

"The room was quite clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. The air conditioning kept turning off by itself and provided almost no cooling, which made it very stuffy in the summer. However, the front desk could provide a fan. The showerhead in the bathroom was fixed in place; the outer ring sprayed hot water, while the center sprayed cold, instead of mixing them. The hotel room key was an old-fashioned magnetic card that easily demagnetized, so I had to go to the front desk every day to get it reactivated. The hotel service was good, and there were many guests. Breakfast was basically a traditional English breakfast."

"We have stayed at the Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel for the third time and continue to enjoy consistently wonderful experiences. The hospitality is outstanding, with special thanks to Emily at the front desk for her friendly and professional assistance. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast offered an excellent variety, supported by attentive staff. A special mention to the lovely silver-haired gentleman with glasses for his exceptional service. Highly recommended. Will surely comeback. Thank you."

"Stayed one night before a cruise. The hotel is opposite a large shopping mall and close to the cruise terminal. The facilities are new, typical of a boutique hotel, though the room size is a bit small. The hotel service was a bit chaotic; at check-in, they knew our room fee was fully paid and only held £30 as a temporary deposit. However, at check-out, they claimed they had no record of our payment and asked us to show our bank transfer statement. Four days later, without any other deductions, the hotel is still holding that £30."

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the city center. It's affordable, though the rooms aren't very spacious. There's a McDonald's about 200 meters away, which is convenient for breakfast."

"Honestly, I have been to many hotels around Birmingham and London, and I also work at multiple hotels as security. I have seen how they are from inside and outside, but trust me, this five-star hotel truly won my heart. The moment I entered, it gave me an old-fashioned feeling. The furniture was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The ability to play YouTube and watch movies added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Opposite the hotel, there are many food shops, and we went around 7:30 PM for food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. McDonald’s is just two minutes away, and a beautiful beach side is within a five-minute reach. The combination of luxurious accommodation and strategic location makes this hotel an absolute gem. Overall, my experience was extraordinary. The five-star hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I’m definitely booking this hotel again in the future. If anyone is interested in a truly remarkable hotel experience that combines classic charm, modern amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend visiting and seeing this exceptional hotel for yourself. "I have stayed here several times before as it is perfectly situated for those going on a cruise from Southampton. Clean room, friendly staff but room is ready for a refurbishment soon! Would have been nice to have been made aware that there was scaffolding outside the window (but I arrived after work had finished and left before anyone was there in the morning so not a problem). Breakfast was quite expensive for a continental one (IKEA next door had much better one and cheaper which I’ll use next time)."
