"This was the first hotel for our family's UK trip. After much deliberation, we chose this Holiday Inn Express which is quite close to the city center. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, and trains. The hotel maintained the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn brand. We were also lucky enough to snag a group deal that included parking and some meals. A special thank you goes to Christina, a kind and patient lady who speaks Chinese. Due to the high demand for rooms on the weekend and our first-time use of a Ctrip hotel group coupon, the check-in process was a bit convoluted, but the final outcome was very satisfying. Our family left London happily to begin the next leg of our journey. BTW, we encountered many odd Indian guests; whether it was in the cramped elevator or at the popular breakfast buffet, they all exuded a strange confidence, as if they owned the place. I wonder who gave them that idea 🤔🤔🤔"

"Location close to railway and shopping but the room was just average with no hair dryer or any other toiletries. Service was average. Definitely overpriced for what you get."

"The location is super convenient, and the room has a kitchen. Breakfast was plentiful. However, the phone kept ringing only once, and they never fixed it. Plus, there was a fire alarm early in the morning, and everyone had to evacuate down the stairs, but it turned out to be a false alarm in the end!"

"The hotel is located right above the Nishitetsu Grand Mall, which is incredibly convenient with a supermarket, restaurants, beauty shops, and clothing stores. Even though it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel facilities are excellent and the service is great."

"First off, the hotel was impeccably clean, from the in-room amenities to the public areas, the overall hygiene experience was excellent. The facilities were also top-notch, with spacious rooms and great shower facilities. My only minor quibble would be the lack of a proper desk for working; instead, there was just a living room coffee table, which made using a laptop for work a bit inconvenient and could be an issue for business travelers. As for the location, it's right next to Stratford International station, within walking distance of Stratford, offering a wealth of transport options. The Elizabeth Line provides a quick direct connection to the city center and Heathrow. Plus, there's the Westfield shopping center nearby, featuring major UK chains like M&S, Boots, and H&B, making dining incredibly convenient. The service, I must say, was faultless. The room was tidied daily, and used consumables were proactively replaced."

"Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well."

"Absolutely excellent hotel! The staff cooperation was truly outstanding, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and warmth made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect, facing a large garden with tennis courts, very close to all transportation facilities, near the city center, and just steps away from Westfield, a very large shopping mall, which made everything so convenient. Special thanks to Vivian, Marsella, and to the gentleman whose name I regretfully forgot, he was extremely helpful and supportive during our check-in on December 11th., your kindness and support truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Having stayed at several Premier Inn hotels across the UK, the London Canary Wharf location is by far the best overall. It was clean, the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, the bed had just the right firmness, and the hotel itself felt new and well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit of a trek if you're taking the Underground. However, if you opt for the bus, you can get on and off right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite – really great!"

"We stayed at the Travelodge on 4 seperate occasions during the month of May 2026 - varying lengths of time from a quick overnight, a few days and a full week. The hotel manager - Ahmalouf (sorry if I have misspelled your name) was fantastic- from organising a different room on our week long stay (when I needed to book something larger), to getting us in a bit earlier whenever possible if we arrived early from an early flight. He had great recommendations from the local area for places to eat as well. All the staff there are actually lovely and very friendly and accommodating. The beds are so comfortable and the blockout blinds work as they should. The area is so convenient as it is less than 5 mins walk from stepney green station and only 15 mins to Whitechapel station or Mile end station - so ultimately you can get around really easily. Buses are also just down the road. The hotel is also only a 30 mins walk to brick lane and everything that has to offer. The area is such a vibrant mix of people there is always something going on! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to London."
