"Absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were very clean. Service was very good, every time we needed something, Guest Services were very prompt and responsive. Location wise, I loved it. It is a little far from the city but with the extensive public transport system at Stratford, getting around was very easy. Around the hotel, there’s also loads of food and shopping options. Will definitely stay here again."
"Absolutely excellent hotel! The staff cooperation was truly outstanding, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a genuine smile.
Their professionalism and warmth made our stay unforgettable.
The location is perfect, facing a large garden with tennis courts, very close to all transportation facilities, near the city center, and just steps away from Westfield, a very large shopping mall, which made everything so convenient.
Special thanks to Vivian, Marsella, and to the gentleman whose name I regretfully forgot, he was extremely helpful and supportive during our check-in on December 11th., your kindness and support truly made a difference.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
"This was my first time staying at a Hyatt House and it was a fantastic experience. In the UK, where everything is so expensive, having a kitchen in the room is a huge plus. The kitchenette in this hotel room was incredibly well-equipped – cooking utensils, knives, cups, plates, everything was even more comprehensive than what I have at home, and it even had a dishwasher! There's a Marks & Spencer supermarket right in the mall downstairs, so if you don't want to eat out, buying groceries and cooking yourself is much more affordable. You do have to ask the front desk for cooking oil, though. While the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, its advantage is the massive mall downstairs, which is great for browsing. It has Primark, M&S, A&F, a food court, and more. Plus, getting to various attractions by underground usually doesn't require transfers, and you can often get a seat since it's an end-of-the-line station, which is another bonus. The only minor drawback is that the hotel breakfast menu is the same every day. For guests staying a whole week, it would be much better if the food options changed. By the fourth day, I found it very monotonous and didn't want to eat breakfast at the hotel anymore. Also, booking Hyatt hotels through Trip.com means you won't earn any Hyatt points or have it count towards Brand Explorer status, so if that's a concern, please book directly through official channels."
"We stayed here for a total of 9 nights and were very satisfied with our experience.
✨ Location: It's in Zone 3, with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away and a metro station a super convenient 15-minute walk. No worries about transportation, no matter how late you return to the hotel.
✨ Safety: Although the area has a higher concentration of non-locals and can be quiet at night, it doesn't feel unsafe.
✨ Service: This was what we were most satisfied with. The front desk staff were all very friendly and couldn't be faulted.
✨ Hygiene: The room was very clean, though the bedsheets were a bit old, but acceptable. The hotel also provided unlimited drinks, coffee, and water, along with a microwave, which was a really thoughtful touch. Also, the room was surprisingly larger than I expected and could easily fit two large open suitcases.
It would be even more perfect if the hotel could provide a safe. I forgot to take pictures of the room, though! 😂
Highly recommend this hotel!"
"this aparthotel is conveniently located. It is close to Stratford Station, which is well connected to different places in London and Westfield shopping Centre, where u can spend a day there. Also, it is also in walking distance to V&A museum and its storehouse."
"We stayed at the Travelodge on 4 seperate occasions during the month of May 2026 - varying lengths of time from a quick overnight, a few days and a full week. The hotel manager - Ahmalouf (sorry if I have misspelled your name) was fantastic- from organising a different room on our week long stay (when I needed to book something larger), to getting us in a bit earlier whenever possible if we arrived early from an early flight. He had great recommendations from the local area for places to eat as well. All the staff there are actually lovely and very friendly and accommodating. The beds are so comfortable and the blockout blinds work as they should. The area is so convenient as it is less than 5 mins walk from stepney green station and only 15 mins to Whitechapel station or Mile end station - so ultimately you can get around really easily. Buses are also just down the road. The hotel is also only a 30 mins walk to brick lane and everything that has to offer. The area is such a vibrant mix of people there is always something going on! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to London."
"The front desk staff are kind and courteous. If there is no special request, the housekeeping staff will not make the bed every day, but will only take out the trash and change towels. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but you can ask for them from the counter staff. There is a hot water kettle, 2 bottles of drinking water provided every day, clothes racks and irons. The location is near Stratford High Stre et DLR station, which is quite convenient."
"First off, the hotel was impeccably clean, from the in-room amenities to the public areas, the overall hygiene experience was excellent. The facilities were also top-notch, with spacious rooms and great shower facilities. My only minor quibble would be the lack of a proper desk for working; instead, there was just a living room coffee table, which made using a laptop for work a bit inconvenient and could be an issue for business travelers. As for the location, it's right next to Stratford International station, within walking distance of Stratford, offering a wealth of transport options. The Elizabeth Line provides a quick direct connection to the city center and Heathrow. Plus, there's the Westfield shopping center nearby, featuring major UK chains like M&S, Boots, and H&B, making dining incredibly convenient. The service, I must say, was faultless. The room was tidied daily, and used consumables were proactively replaced."
"Great hotel at a great location very friendly staff very clean. They have a bar and a restaurant within the hotel, which is big bonus 😃 get the full English breakfast. It’s delicious. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay there you won’t regret it. I’ve stayed there twice already and I plan to stay a third time in 2026."
"I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful.I had booked a triple room, but their system only showed two guests; however, the staff immediately came up to prepare the extra bed for me. Super efficient!
The breakfast was fantastic—there’s a pancake machine, and they even have hot chocolate, which my kids absolutely loved. The biggest surprise was finding Dove toiletries in the bathroom! Out of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in, this one is definitely the best. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London!"

Great
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was generally clean and well-equipped. The location and transport links were decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. There's room for improvement regarding some of the facilities and soundproofing, and a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would be great. Considering the price and overall quality, it's a reasonable option, especially for a short stay.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is excellent, with commercial facilities and a subway station nearby. The restaurant and bar on the top floor are fantastic. The downsides are that the room size is not very large and the air conditioning system isn't always very powerful.
GGuest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!
LLily77dddOn my first night, everything in my room was fine except for a problem with the air conditioning. It kept making a very strange and incredibly loud noise, which prevented me from sleeping properly. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk to switch rooms, but then I had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in again. Honestly, the new room wasn't as good as the first one. It felt a bit old and the bathroom's exhaust fan constantly smelled of smoke. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 11:00 PM that night – everything was just so bizarre. Plus, the third floor was very noisy, and I'm not sure why; it seemed like the staff were living there. The lighting in my room was also faulty, flickering between dim and bright. The pictures are of my first room, which looked much newer and brighter.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.
JJo WarawutIf you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay.
BBoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
AAnonymous UserIt was great stay in Berjaya Eden! I personally live the vibdes. It was walking distance to Bayswater station and Queensway St.
It also easy for you to find the halal foods. Its everywhere and easy to access!
This is my second time to stayed here. The staff was really good and polite.
Eventhough the room that i choose was a little bit “not so spacious” but its ok as long as it walking distance from one to another.
Will repeat?? Of course YES!!
AAnil ShewakramA memorable hotel stay seamlessly blends comfort, exceptional service, and local charm. The experience begins with a warm, efficient welcome that immediately washes away travel fatigue. Inside the room, pristine cleanliness and thoughtful design create a personal sanctuary, featuring a plush bed and modern amenities. Delightful surprises, like a stunning window view or complimentary local treats, elevate the atmosphere. Exceptional hospitality shines through attentive staff who anticipate needs without intruding. Dining experiences, from a vibrant breakfast buffet to artisan coffee, celebrate regional flavours. Ultimately, a perfect stay transforms a simple lodging choice into a relaxing, unforgettable highlight of the journey.
GGuest UserEven though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away.
