I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saint-Malo. It is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the walled city. It is located right in the Old Town. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city’s best creperies, ice cream shops, and the historic ramparts. The room features a lovely balcony which was a great surprise. While the elevator is small, it is functional and sufficient for the stay. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was even gifted some Easter chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. Considering the location and the quality of the stay, the price is very reasonable and affordable. I am very satisfied with my choice and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has an extraordinary and quiet location in March. There is a surrounded place to park out without problems. The buffet breakfast has very good and local products, as well as a sea view. EXPENDITURE!!! +++ The room is beautiful, comfortable and functional.

The room was a bit small but very clean and the staff very pleasant. PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room!

Accor Group hotel chain. Near the entrance of the old city gate. The facilities are better but the building is relatively old. The commercial street in the old city is more convenient, and the Carrefour supermarket is cheaper.

Ubicazione che più centrale non si può, personale alla reception gentile e disponibile. Hotel molto estetico. Avevamo una camera con balconcino con affaccio su una delle vie centrali di Saint Malo, stupendo.

L'hôtel dispose d'une literie très confortable et les chambres d'une bonne isolation phonique. Les salles de bain manquent d'étagère pour y poser les trousses de toilettes et les serviettes ne peuvent pas être plus fines... Dommage. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais je déplore le fromage épais comme une feuille de cigarette emballé dans du plastique. Comment en est on encore là ? Saucisses et bacon sont présents, mais pas d’œufs brouillés ! En revanche, le pain et les confitures sont délicieux. En résumé, bien, mais peut améliorer quelques détails pour être au top.

Bed and towels are clean, water is hot, it's the most important. Overall the apartments are clean enough. Only the floor was a little dusty. Staff is kind, location is good: near the supermarket, to the center of minutes 10-15 on foot. To the station is also close, too near 10-15 minutes. The instructions in the room are written to throw away the garbage. We sorted everything but it was not clear where to throw. It turned out to be a room on the bottom floor.
