"The location is super convenient, really close to the train and tram station. The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad. But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!"

"The location is superb, right between Avenue des Anglais and Avenue du Théâtre. It's within walking distance to Castle Hill, the beach, the old town, the square, the flower market, and the food street. The room size is moderate, and the breakfast is simple but good, featuring smoked salmon. The service attitude is excellent. However, water wasn't provided daily. I was lucky enough to see the drone fireworks show for the World Ocean Conference, and Nice's beaches were packed with people."

"The room and bathroom were a bit small, and the charging outlet wasn't by the bed. However, the location is excellent! There's a supermarket, restaurants, and shops all around, and it's very close to the beach, train station, and metro. The facilities are a bit old, but overall it offers good value for money. The small balcony faces the park, so it's generally quiet at night."

"Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom."

"Overall, the hygiene, service, location, and price were all quite good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. However, because the hotel is a bit older, there's a stuffy smell in the hallways, and the loud slamming of neighboring doors can disturb your rest. The hot water is also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold."

"The room I was assigned to near the stairs on the first floor was incredibly noisy! I could hear people talking next door, and people going up and down the stairs! I couldn't go to sleep early at night and was forced to get up early in the morning because I could hear everyone going downstairs, plus their conversations. This was a small double room; it was okay for one person, but quite cramped for two. I recommend bringing your own disposable sheets and duvet cover, as the sheets weren't as clean as those in China, and the towels and bath towels weren't great either. Fortunately, the front desk service was excellent; they checked me in very early in the morning and we chatted frequently! I'd say it's okay if you're looking for something cheap and convenient."

"Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, super close to the beach and attractions, right next to a commercial street and even a mall. The hotel is easy to find, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and clean."

"Great location – the sea is just across the road, and it's within walking distance of the train stations. Plus, there's a vintage market nearby on Mondays. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are a bit sparse but tasty. There's a water cooler with cold and sparkling water in the hallway."
