Stayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking room went back to reception and they gave me a bottle of disinfectant and a deodorant spray which I had to use and return to them. The smell soon came back.

I was in Nantes for the Rugby World Cup game between Japan and Argentina
The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

The hotel is in a good location, across the road is a medium-sized supermarket. The room was clean, tidy, bright and spacious, and the staff was beautiful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Rest well at night, very recommended!

The guy at the reception was a delight, he served us very well, now we got to the room…
Tiny, bathroom with damp ceiling, the bed… it's set up like a topper… I didn't want to look any further.
A 3 star hotel in the centre, which could be 2 and nothing happens…
Now the price is almost 4 stars…
The only thing that was good was the guy, very kind and attentive. He gave me more towels, why did the room come with 2?

The hotel is poorly sign-posted from the road (both back and front roads) and is not visible from either, making it difficult to find. Be prepared to drag your suitcases a fair distance as parking is a couple of 100 meters away.
The room shape that we had is beyond odd and impractical. A long norrow corridor going down the side of the bedroom wall makes the bedroom itself very small with no area to lay a suitcase.
The staff were absolutely fine, very friendly and helpful.

YYANI was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

정정석1. When I first decided to rent a hotel, I was going to rent a hotel with my own garage first. And when I check out, I was more impressed because I didn't receive a separate parking fee.
2. Location: It's attached to the west entrance of Nantes Station, so I was worried about how to get to the botanical garden opposite Nantes Station on the map, but I went into the west entrance of Nantes Station and went up to the escalator and walked to the other side. Going down the stairs again, it was the entrance to the botanical garden. Very convenient transportation and accessibility - because most trams and buses pass through Nantes Station.
3. The rental car company was mostly crowded near Nantes station, so it was very easy to get ca pick-up and return.
4. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, especially the organization buffet staff were so friendly.
Overall, it was a very satisfying trip with location, cleanliness, facilities, staff ability, etc. However, the reason for excluding one star is that there is no swimming pool personally, so ... But I know it is difficult to expect a swimming pool in a European hotel.

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

GGuest UserHonestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone that works here really goes out their way to make sure you’re having a good time. They remember the smallest details, they give you freshly baked goods daily and are there to provide recommendations!! The hotel rooms were clean and modern. They couldn’t do enough for us.
The location was great. Not much more we could have asked for. This hotel made our holiday.

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).

GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and the rooms are great as there’s a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery but only down side is no AC or Fan so when there’s hot weather and no wind it very stuffy hard to sleep at night
