"The hotel's location is fantastic – it's really close to the airport, just a short walk away. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get into the city center, and Nice beach isn't far either. The hotel facilities are excellent; even if you don't go out to explore Nice, you'll have a great time just enjoying what the hotel has to offer. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very welcoming and helpful; they even readily provided us with cutlery when we didn't have any. I truly think this hotel offers great value for money, and I'd definitely choose it again if I plan another trip to Nice!"

"Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0"

"Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"For us the hotel is perfectly positioned for our 4 night stay in Nice. We paid extra to use the carpark for our rental car. We ate our breakfasts outside, preferring croissants and coffee to a hotel breakfast. We were on the 5th floor and the lift was good. The receptionists were always helpful. Our room (56) was fine with a small balcony with a sea-view. Sheets and towels were very good. Useful was the bottle for water which could be refilled at reception and kept in the fridge. One minus point-the bedside tables were too small. Our stay was good and we would have no hesitation to staying here next time."

"Good hotel close to nice airport. Location is what makes it being close to train station so quick to Monaco and Nice. Great to take a lime bike straight from outside the hotel down the promenade into central nice down the dedicated cycle path. Breakfast is expensive and no cleaning in multi night stays are drawbacks."

"Superb!!!! Very clean, immaculate white linens, soft, and a super clean bathroom! The air conditioning cools wonderfully! Check-in was fast (didn't take more than 1 minute), and check-out was even quicker! The coffee was delicious!! It's close to the airport, just 150m from the tram that goes both to the city center and other destinations (CAP3000, Terminal 1, 2). So, we will definitely be back!"

"The hotel is near the castle in the hills of Kane. The traffic is really inconvenient, but there is a free shuttle bus. You can contact you directly by phone when you check in. btw, you can live in an exquisite hotel at a price far lower than the ordinary hotel in Nice. Colleagues are also because of the slight inconvenience of traffic here and the colder door in Kane, in order to create the seclusion and tranquility of this southern French countryside."

"Hôtel Apollinaire Nice was much better than we expected. At first, we thought it would be just a standard business-style hotel, but the overall experience felt more refined. The Nuxe toiletries were a pleasant surprise, and the room was comfortable, clean and larger than expected. The location was also excellent — we could easily walk to the main streets of Nice, which saved us from taking taxis. The service was very welcoming too, and someone even helped us with our luggage when we arrived. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay in Nice."

"The room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings. The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good. Would not recommend."

"A cool hotel on line 1, sea across the road. Extremely polite and cheerful staff. Everyone speaks English that is big plus. They made a discount for breakfast, helped with transportation, you can also take beach property. The hotel is very clean, the room was small but everything is available for rest. Quality cosmetics in the bathroom. From the can sur mer station up to 15 minutes walk, back to the hill, but tolerable. You can get to the airport by bus, but in the evening it does not go as in principle all routes in the village. Big carfour is near the station. To Nice/antiba is less than 10 minutes on the train, excellent location. A beautiful embankment for long walks. Thank you."
