"Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming."

"No 'quiet hours' policy here. People would come in at 2 AM and start showering, rummaging through their luggage... absolutely no respect for those trying to rest, for example, after an overnight flight. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. Because of the heat and lack of air conditioning, we had to open the windows at night, but then mosquitoes swarmed in and bit everyone mercilessly. Water is dispensed in small portions by pressing a button. To take a shower, you have to press the button about 50 times. It's ridiculous. In the women's dorm, there's only one small mirror above the sink. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent. The old ladies in the room were snoring, but the staff refused to move me to another room. As for cleanliness – it was just okay, average. Overall, the impression was awful; I couldn't get any sleep at all. Something needs to be done about this. They also allow smoking outside, right under the windows. As if the mosquitoes weren't enough."

"We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back. Breakfast was really delicious and would recommend. The day we ordered breakfast it was raining so we didn’t get to have it in the garden but have it in our rooms which was even better. The service here is great and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. One small thing to note is the wall is a bit thin so if you are a very light sleeper might be something to consider. But to us the service really makes up for the tiny inconvenience."

I made sure to book ahead this time, and the room was spacious and bright, exuding a luxurious French charm. During the day, I loved sitting on the balcony, basking in the sun while gazing at the sparkling Côte d'Azur. In the evenings, a drink accompanied by the sea breeze was pure bliss! The hotel's service also deserves a huge shout-out; the staff were warm, professional, and even thoughtfully arranged a room with a fantastic view during check-in. The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack. If you don't feel like venturing far, the hotel's own restaurant and poolside offer a wonderful ambiance. Plus, there are tons of dining options nearby; whether you're craving authentic Niçoise cuisine, exquisite French dishes, or just a simple burger or pizza, you'll find something within a few minutes' walk. Overall, while it wasn't the cheapest, it was definitely worth every penny. If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Nice, choosing this place is a no-brainer – you won't be disappointed!"

"We stayed for 3 nights, good service and breakfast, dont expect too much but its the essentials you need to get you started each day. Location is convenient to get into Old Town and local transportation. Lacking in some amenities in the room such as a kettle, storage space and hair conditioner, otherwise good price for a basic hotel."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay there, everyone was very warm and friendly. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast during our stay there. The location is also perfect with short walking to the main station, the old town, and lots of food options around!"

"The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that."

"The location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, if the room door isn't closed properly, it won't lock. One day, after the room had been cleaned, the door wasn't locked securely. That day, I had gone down for breakfast and returned to the room before heading out, and that's when I noticed the cleaning had just finished, so luckily I caught it right away... Honestly, I was on edge every day after that."

"The room itself is perfect. However, a staff opened my room door while my friend and I were taking a nap. Plus, my friend and I were completely sure that we have locked our room before leaving. But the room door was opened while we came back. Luckily, we did not lost any property. And my room was on the 4th floor but the lift can only go till 3rd floor. But it’s completely fine for me because the staff tell me about this during check in."
