"We stayed for 3 nights, good service and breakfast, dont expect too much but its the essentials you need to get you started each day. Location is convenient to get into Old Town and local transportation. Lacking in some amenities in the room such as a kettle, storage space and hair conditioner, otherwise good price for a basic hotel."

"The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach."

"The room I was assigned to near the stairs on the first floor was incredibly noisy! I could hear people talking next door, and people going up and down the stairs! I couldn't go to sleep early at night and was forced to get up early in the morning because I could hear everyone going downstairs, plus their conversations. This was a small double room; it was okay for one person, but quite cramped for two. I recommend bringing your own disposable sheets and duvet cover, as the sheets weren't as clean as those in China, and the towels and bath towels weren't great either. Fortunately, the front desk service was excellent; they checked me in very early in the morning and we chatted frequently! I'd say it's okay if you're looking for something cheap and convenient."

"Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming."

"The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it super convenient to travel to nearby towns. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and there's a tram stop right outside, so it's a real transportation hub in Nice. The place was quite clean. Facilities were all good; there's free coffee on the ground floor, and you can grab water yourself. The L-shaped balcony is very spacious, but the curtains are a bit thin and don't block out much light. The only downside is that the elevator is quite slow, fitting a maximum of three people. This hotel offers incredible value for money. During my 20+ day trip in Europe, hotel prices ranged from 750 to 3000 euros per night, and this was the cheapest but definitely not the worst. If you plan on exploring the towns around Nice, this is the top choice."

"It's a family-run place, so if you're concerned about security or safety, make sure to use it It was a very, very kind place. "The room itself is perfect. However, a staff opened my room door while my friend and I were taking a nap. Plus, my friend and I were completely sure that we have locked our room before leaving. But the room door was opened while we came back. Luckily, we did not lost any property. And my room was on the 4th floor but the lift can only go till 3rd floor. But it’s completely fine for me because the staff tell me about this during check in."

"No 'quiet hours' policy here. People would come in at 2 AM and start showering, rummaging through their luggage... absolutely no respect for those trying to rest, for example, after an overnight flight. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. Because of the heat and lack of air conditioning, we had to open the windows at night, but then mosquitoes swarmed in and bit everyone mercilessly. Water is dispensed in small portions by pressing a button. To take a shower, you have to press the button about 50 times. It's ridiculous. In the women's dorm, there's only one small mirror above the sink. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent. The old ladies in the room were snoring, but the staff refused to move me to another room. As for cleanliness – it was just okay, average. Overall, the impression was awful; I couldn't get any sleep at all. Something needs to be done about this. They also allow smoking outside, right under the windows. As if the mosquitoes weren't enough."

"The location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, if the room door isn't closed properly, it won't lock. One day, after the room had been cleaned, the door wasn't locked securely. That day, I had gone down for breakfast and returned to the room before heading out, and that's when I noticed the cleaning had just finished, so luckily I caught it right away... Honestly, I was on edge every day after that."

"Hotel conveniently located near Massena Square. The staff was friendly, and the room had a very useful hot water kettle. There's parking in the area, but it would be great if they could partner with a parking garage to offer guests a discount. Antonella from Italy."
