"The location is a bit inconvenient, but on the other hand, the nearest train line cuts right through the tourist areas from east to west, making it very convenient for sightseeing! No need to worry about that. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. It’s a good idea to learn a few basic Spanish greetings. The room was small but clean, and I was really happy with the abundant amenities! I was a bit concerned about the shared shower room and wash basin, with only one per floor. However, luckily, there was hardly anyone else on my floor, so I had it almost entirely to myself, which was incredibly convenient and great. The price is affordable, making it highly recommended for solo travelers!"

"An older hotel, but overall good value for money. The main entrance has a few steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage (there's a side door; you can go through the restaurant to reach the front desk without stairs). We booked for three people, but there were only amenities for two in the room, and the sofa bed wasn't made up with a duvet or pillows. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they sorted it out right away and apologized."

"The hotel is very convenient for transportation just opposite the subway station. There is not much traffic in the middle of the traffic. The nearby restaurants are also very delicious and the price is reasonable. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was clean and comfortable. The waiter was attentive, but there were no facilities."

"The room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables."

"The room was spotless and very tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Maybe we were lucky, as we didn't encounter any of the bizarre issues mentioned in other reviews. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, and they kindly checked if our room could be prepared early. We were fortunate to get an early check-in. Everything went smoothly! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! There was such a wide variety that it was easy to get overwhelmed and accidentally eat too much. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day. The yogurt bar left a strong impression: thick yogurt, individual cream cheese balls, and cubed cheese curds, all served with nuts, sunflower seeds, dried plums, and dried dates. You could grab a ceramic bowl and mix and match to your heart's content. One bowl like that would keep me full until evening! 😄😄 It's a shame I didn't take any photos; I honestly forgot. The hotel was very thoughtful, with three coffee and tea stations. There was also a separate area with packaged snacks and drinks; it was really thoughtful for tourists to grab a couple on their way out. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid."

"Mixed experience. Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower. It ended up still being impossible to shower safely, so they brought a shower wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't fit into the (very narrow) shower area. The staff were very helpful and warm. However; the room lacked ample charging points, it was difficult to control the lights, it didn't have any tea or coffee.. It was very underwhelming considering the price and its five star rating."
