"First time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…"

"Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again."

"Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again."

"It's a good place, I couldn't go in the end, but the others went, if you are thinking of booking with trip, I don't recommend it, unless it is with time and a lot, because they are slow, it doesn't matter what level you have in their platform, since they do not have a good service for their best clients, well I imagine that for someone who has just entered the platform, well I imagine that it is even worse"

"The hotel's number is not available. The hotel in question leaves much to desire, quality-price does not deserve a holiday here. The hotel staff, bad, education 0, don't give a good image, face to the public, treating badly their guests, no hello or a goodbye. Included breakfast, the first morning we didn't appear pointed, was solved thanks to our own teaching the hotel booking made on the internet, because even the worker himself did not pick up the phone to solve, Fatal communication between them equally. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The cleaning of the rooms, the only way to make beds, the bathroom is not cleaned as it seems, the same screws in the bide during all holidays as in the grip. The rooms are very clean and the rooms are very clean. The pool is soaked. The hotel is the only one that deserves the value of the hotel. I do not repeat and much less recommend."
