"We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had such a great time. Service is impeccable, we were greeted by Luiza (apologies if this isnt the right spelling) who was the loveliest host. She gave us great recommandations as well as a glass of prosecco. The rest of the staff throughout our stay was also very welcoming. The room is clean and the bathroom is very spacious.
It's located a short walk (10-15) from the centre and we were able to do everything by foot.
The pool is small but very quiet and has a large seating area."
"La atención de la recepción excelente, muy amable, la habitación confortable y muy limpias, está en una excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de Palma, se puede movilizar porque existe una parada de bus cerca y todas llegan al centro en corto tiempo."
"It was nice that there was a small balcony.
The fridge wasn't cold, so I asked the front desk, but they said it couldn't be helped.
It also said that Apple TV was available, but when I received the remote and tried to operate it, it didn't respond.
I asked the front desk about this, but the cause was unknown.
The bed, bathroom, and toilet were all simple and clean, with blocking curtains.
Although it was a very comfortable environment, there was a charge for water from the second day onwards, and I would say it was neither good nor bad.
If I come to Mallorca again, I think whether I would stay at the same place would depend on the price."

"We were a week in Palma. The location as well as the room service were excellent. However, what did not fit very well was the equipment with houses, bath coats for the sauna and small tools. We asked it more often, but constantly asked it was unpleasant. Our small table was not really clean – there we would have expected something more.
Despite all, it was a nice time."
"Great location, and onsite parking is a massive bonus considering parking in Palma is virtually impossible! Would be helpful if they had a system that allowed you to park up before checking in though as there isn’t always room to wait outside the main door"
"Take A1 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel directly, the location is first-class, from the city center and the main church are within ten to fifteen minutes of the trip, five minutes to the olive market, you can have a big meal, the room is newer, there is an elevator and air conditioning, but the front desk is only at 7 am. Go to work, In the early flight checkout, you can put a door key directly in the room, there is boiled dumplings, other personal items should be brought by yourself, the facilities are new and clean, there is a 24-hour supermarket near the station, cost-effective, recommended"
"Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card.
Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay."
"An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs"
"The hotel’s overall design is very beautiful and the environment is spotless. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. I stayed in a single room, which was surprisingly spacious and excellent! Breakfast was decent, with at least some hot food available. The rooftop pool is quite small with limited seating, which is a bit of a pity. The location is about a 12–15 minute walk to the city center. Soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, a very satisfying stay!"
"The hotel is well-designed, distinctive and convenient. You can walk to the main street by shopping. There are supermarkets, churches, schools, and bars around.
Inadequacy:
Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) are not provided.
No breakfast (can go to the restaurant or supermarket on the side)
The bathroom and bathroom are glass doors, do not pass through the roof (and the roof is empty), noisy when used, especially affecting another person to sleep at night, the water pipe is very loud, and the smell is mixed in the bedroom when going to the toilet."

WWu,We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room.
What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults.
Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room.
At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue.
I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance.
Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly.
The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.
Eezhang200The location is excellent, within 1 km of the main tourist attractions, so you can walk everywhere. The hotel is also new and clean! Perfect for both tourism and business. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is actually acceptable. I wouldn't go back for the price, not to mention the service. Excellent breakfast. The best thing about it is José at reception! He's extremely attentive and willing to advise you on everything you need to know about Palma!
The only downside is the parking lot, which is full and makes parking a real ordeal. The area is very ugly! All drunk teenagers! Walking around is very unpleasant.
RRusiHotel Artmadams is a handy base for a solo business trip thanks to its position just off Paseo Mallorca—minutes from the old town and public transport. My double room was spotless, the Wi-Fi solid, and the desk big enough for a laptop-heavy workday, though the floor space would feel crowded for two people sharing.
Service, however, is hit-or-miss. I arrived late and the night receptionist’s limited English stretched the check-in longer than necessary. Mornings weren’t smoother: the small buffet is arranged almost randomly, plates are hidden in odd spots, and staff give instructions only in Spanish until you look confused, which makes breakfast more stressful than it should be.
The room lacked an iron and hair-dryer, both available only on request. Likewise, the pillow on my first night was thin and decorative; only after housekeeping swapped it for a better one did I learn there’s a pillow menu—useful information that should be offered at check-in.
In short, Artmadams delivers location, cleanliness, and reliable connectivity, but expect to ask for basics and brace for some communication gaps.
GGuest UserJust returned from a 4 night stay. Lovely hotel higher up from port. Looks like recently modernised very clean and rooms very spacious with everything you would want, including a mini fridge.
Used the lovely pool which was a hidden gem at back of hotel with a life guard pool 2.2m deep so you need to be able to swim! Fortunately we had the pool area to ourselves which had great views.
Opted for breakfast which was good with a wide choice most days things ran out but were restocked. Pre booked for €14 fairly good value and convenient as not much around otherwise.
Easy to get into old town and port either a 10 minute stroll down hill to shopping centre with restaurants or a taxi for around €10 each way.
Only criticism would be not very disabled friendly with no bars to hold onto on stairs down to breakfast and unless you got cabs everywhere you need to be quite fit to walk to get out and about.
Overall a nice little find and would recommend.
GGuest UserNice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.
GGuest UserOverall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.
However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child.
When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.
AAnonymous UserBreakfast was fantastic, decent selection and variety, live egg station! Room was quite cozy and functional, although the decor was simple and slightly dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
