"We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had such a great time. Service is impeccable, we were greeted by Luiza (apologies if this isnt the right spelling) who was the loveliest host. She gave us great recommandations as well as a glass of prosecco. The rest of the staff throughout our stay was also very welcoming. The room is clean and the bathroom is very spacious. It's located a short walk (10-15) from the centre and we were able to do everything by foot. The pool is small but very quiet and has a large seating area."

"It was nice that there was a small balcony. The fridge wasn't cold, so I asked the front desk, but they said it couldn't be helped. It also said that Apple TV was available, but when I received the remote and tried to operate it, it didn't respond. I asked the front desk about this, but the cause was unknown. The bed, bathroom, and toilet were all simple and clean, with blocking curtains. Although it was a very comfortable environment, there was a charge for water from the second day onwards, and I would say it was neither good nor bad. If I come to Mallorca again, I think whether I would stay at the same place would depend on the price."

"We were a week in Palma. The location as well as the room service were excellent. However, what did not fit very well was the equipment with houses, bath coats for the sauna and small tools. We asked it more often, but constantly asked it was unpleasant. Our small table was not really clean – there we would have expected something more. Despite all, it was a nice time."

"Great location, and onsite parking is a massive bonus considering parking in Palma is virtually impossible! Would be helpful if they had a system that allowed you to park up before checking in though as there isn’t always room to wait outside the main door"

"Take A1 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel directly, the location is first-class, from the city center and the main church are within ten to fifteen minutes of the trip, five minutes to the olive market, you can have a big meal, the room is newer, there is an elevator and air conditioning, but the front desk is only at 7 am. Go to work, In the early flight checkout, you can put a door key directly in the room, there is boiled dumplings, other personal items should be brought by yourself, the facilities are new and clean, there is a 24-hour supermarket near the station, cost-effective, recommended"

"Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card. Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay."

"An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs"

"The hotel’s overall design is very beautiful and the environment is spotless. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. I stayed in a single room, which was surprisingly spacious and excellent! Breakfast was decent, with at least some hot food available. The rooftop pool is quite small with limited seating, which is a bit of a pity. The location is about a 12–15 minute walk to the city center. Soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, a very satisfying stay!"

"The hotel is well-designed, distinctive and convenient. You can walk to the main street by shopping. There are supermarkets, churches, schools, and bars around. Inadequacy: Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) are not provided. No breakfast (can go to the restaurant or supermarket on the side) The bathroom and bathroom are glass doors, do not pass through the roof (and the roof is empty), noisy when used, especially affecting another person to sleep at night, the water pipe is very loud, and the smell is mixed in the bedroom when going to the toilet."
