"This hotel is located in the Latin Quarter. It’s brand new and the bedding and rooms are very, very clean. The soundproofing is a bit bad, but it's ok since there aren't many guests. However, bottled water, napkins, toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable slippers and kettles are not provided. Although I was traveling alone, I booked a double room, which only provided one bath towel and one hand towel. In comparison, the things offered by hotels in China, our great country, are truly luxurious. The breakfast doesn't have too many varieties, but it's enough to fill you up. After leaving the parking lot, walk 400 meters to the left and there is a shopping mall, similar to Wanda in China. After leaving the parking lot, follow the navigation to the right and you will find a German supermarket. Although there are food and drinks, I feel it is more suitable for foreigners. Apart from drinking water and fruits, there is nothing else to buy. There are no potato chips, candied fruits, dried fruits, or puffed foods. There are only some Kinder Surprise Eggs and chewing gum at the checkout counter as snacks."

"It is too far from the city, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. Although it is possible to take the bus and express train, they all leave every half an hour. The comfort of the hotel is okay, if you come here just for tourism, it is not recommended to stay, it is too far."

"this hotel is so good, that i dont even feel like sharing its existence to others. the comfort this hotel provides at the end of a long, hot day in madrid is exceptional. we will definitely be coming back here if we ever return to madrid. checking in and out was quite a breeze, and their customer service was quality. location-wise, there is a supermarket nextdoor, and a fruit shop which sell the best watermelons (perfect for the summer). the nearest metro station is like a minute walk away as well, which makes the location convenient. at first, we had doubts too, considering how new the hotel is and the lack of reviews it has. but we stuck to our guts and booked it, and oh boy was it so worth it. couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"The facilities were good, good location, they did not tell us that they did not do daily cleaning nor did they provide daily towels, when we left we mentioned it to the girl at the reception and she told us that she forgot to tell us, that there were clean towels in a locker that there is at reception."

The building’s facade also looks like it could use some repainting. However, everything else was fine—clean, neutral, and generally a good stay. Also well located it has a McDonald’s , Ribs, Burger King’s and a movie theater there."

Apart from the convenient location, this price is really not affordable, I wonder if all the hotels in Madrid soundproofed so bad no one wants to travel to sleep with such noisy sounds."
