GGuest UserWe had a very frustrating experience at this hotel due to the unbearable heat in our room. There were four of us, and despite asking for help several times, the hotel didn't provide us with even a single fan. The central air conditioning was off, and we weren't informed beforehand.
We asked for an alternative solution—such as changing rooms or some kind of assistance—but the staff showed no willingness to resolve the situation. As a result, we spent the entire night sweating, unable to sleep, in conditions that are simply unacceptable in a hotel.
The hotel's lack of empathy and inadequate response ruined our stay. We would not recommend this place to other travelers. Basic comfort should be a priority, but it clearly wasn't here.

GGuest UserHabitación limpia, pero muchas cosas que arreglar. El techo donde el aire A/C la pintura está saltada de a ver habido una fuga. Si el interruptor de luz de la entrada no está dado no funciona ninguna luz y tampoco los enchufes de la cama por lo que siempre tiene que estar dada la luz. Las paredes como todas, se oye todo. Lo bueno es la piscina, que el coche le aparcas debajo de la habitación y la gente muy amables.

GGuest UserWe have spent 3 days in a bungalow, it is true that the facilities are not the most modern, but we must give a 100% good score to the cleanliness, kindness of the girl who greeted us upon arrival, perfectly functioning facilities, such as refrigerator, kitchen , microwave, a/c... Daily cleaning of them. And at 10:00 p.m. total silence throughout the premises. Common areas such as swimming pool and barbecue are also phenomenal. Restaurant staff very kind and friendly. We will return without a doubt. A 10 in every way.

SStudentOverTheSeasAlthough the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.
