"Good hotel, great location. The breakfast staff in the morning were great and attentive. Always served us very well. The reception and hosuekeeping staff need to improve their attentiveness. For example, we had to call housekeeping to remind them on several occasions as they hadn't turned up when they were supposed to, and inconsistent standard of housekeeping was also an issue. Secondly, the checkin staff didn't mention that for charges to be added to the room bill, a deposit was required. We weren't aware of this and were told by restaurant staff. When we raised these complaints on checkout, they offered an apology and a free hot drink."

"This older Hilton hotel is, on the whole, pretty standard—nothing particularly amazing, but no major downsides either. The exterior looks a bit dated, but the interior is maintained quite cleanly and tidily. The room size is moderate, the bed is comfortable, and all the basic amenities are available, including air conditioning, hot water, and free Wi-Fi. The staff are polite, attentive, and quite proactive in their service. Breakfast is decent, with average taste and no standout features. The hotel's location is fairly convenient, with good transport links nearby, and you can walk to some restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, for a short business trip or a stopover, this hotel can meet basic needs, but it's not suitable for guests looking for a high-quality or unique experience. Its biggest advantages are the nice view, quiet atmosphere, and reasonable value for money, making it a good fit for travelers with modest accommodation requirements."

"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"

"Now I want to tell you about my experience of staying at this hotel. It all started with the fact that we arrived at this place where the hotel is located. And it is located next to the big Hilton hotel. But it was not hard to find it. And there were a lot of staff around who kindly showed us the way. The hotel is on the 16th floor and the hotel opened only six months ago so we were kindly met. We were given keys showing two rooms and said we could choose any one we liked. It is very customer-oriented, very cool for the first time I have this attitude to your guests. We chose a room worthy very worthy. It had a spacious balcony, the view of the Nile as we wanted, and even the pyramid was visible. The room was all the facilities of the hood fan, the tug. We lived in four of each couple had their own room and the master bedroom , more precisely the master bedroom with his own bathroom. We didn't take the shoes with us, but the hotel representative was happy to give them to us. Since our price did not include breakfast we went to Hilton Hotel breakfast , excellent decision to all advise. The hotel brought us more fruit. The apartments had everything for long stay washing machine, toaster, and dishes all the cooking tools . We're delighted with this hotel. It sees this balcony has done all day. It was a special place for a special time. If you are in Cairo I advise you to stay at this hotel."

"Excellent location right on the Nile, with an infinity pool overlooking the river. The room was decent; while it can't compare to facilities in my home country, it's considered good for Egypt. Breakfast was standard. The main draw is definitely the location."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making transportation and dining super convenient. Yet, it's not directly on the street, so it's surprisingly quiet. The facilities are new and very clean. The Chinese breakfast was delicious 😋. I was initially in a rush and just planned to grab a coffee and go, but I ended up sitting down and devouring a whole plate of shredded pork with green peppers and egg-fried rice."

"We've booked this hotel three different times, and thankfully, each stay has been successful. The most important thing for me is cleanliness, and indeed, the place is clean, comfortable, and the furniture is well-arranged. The location is easily accessible, close to the Nile and the old museum. The staff are sophisticated, kind, and very cooperative, may God reward them. My only observations are the absence of a prayer mat in each room, and that the rooms are limited, so if you want to extend your stay, there's a possibility that rooms won't be available. "The room was decent, pretty good. The ground floor was luxuriously decorated, especially the restrooms which were up to five-star standards. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi requires you to refresh a website periodically, otherwise it keeps disconnecting. The staff were enthusiastic, and there were a few options for breakfast nearby."
