Территория действительно большая, ухоженная и зеленая, несколько бассейнов,Пляж хороший, чистый, удобные лежаки, можно зайти и сразу плавать и отдельный есть вход с пандуса, там можно поплавать с маской. Шведский стол разнообразный, каждый день что-то новое, много фруктов и даже клубника, крабы, креветки, из мяса: блюда из курицы и говядины. Персонал приветливый, номер дали хороший, большой. Ходила 5 дней подряд на массаж и в СПА, массаж очень рекомендую.Из минусов лично для меня: вайфай в номерах отсутствует, только в лобби, халатов и тапочек, зубной пасты и щетки нет, кондиционера тоже, только шампунь и гель для душа, Сам отель мне понравился все таки, сами атмосфера приятная, большой холл и удобная мебель. Убирали в номерах каждый день, полотенца тоже меняли. Напротив отеля, если выйти есть небольшой рынок и супермаркет. Еще меня удивило, что после 17.00 купаться нельзя, но говорят, что так по всему Египту. Море было теплое, пару дней был ветер, купалась каждый день. Еще на территории есть открытое джакузи с теплой водой. Бассейны все не подогреваемые. Русских мало, в основном из разных европейских стран, средней Азии, но все дружелюбные. Еще есть ежедневная развлекательная программа."

"A wonderful vacation with incredible service! We stayed for a week, and it wasn't enough. Room. We stayed in two rooms in different buildings, buildings 2 and 4, and both were in good condition. There were a few minor issues, like a crack in the wall, but that's nothing special. The room was cleaned daily, and they cleaned it well, bringing water and clean towels every day. Grounds. They're constantly cleaning, painting, tidying, and mowing, so the grounds are perfect, clean, and well-maintained. There's plenty of room to walk, incredible palm trees, and lighting. The sea. It's beyond praise, with a perfect, gently sloping entrance, perfect for children, coral and incredible fish nearby. The staff cleaned the beach every evening, leaving no cigarette butts or dirt behind. Even at low tide, the water is right off the shore, and you can swim perfectly. Food. Excellent! Our first lunch was crab. The food was delicious and varied. There are a lot of Italians at the hotel, which is the main indicator that the food is top-notch. There's always meat, fish, and seafood, plenty of fruit, and surprisingly delicious desserts. We didn't have a single case of food poisoning or any upset stomach throughout our entire vacation, and everyone felt fine (there were five of us). Entertainment. We don't have children, so I can't comment on the children's section, but the kids were happy. The entertainment is unobtrusive; no one forces you to dance or participate in competitions, but there are plenty of activities, including Zumba, yoga, aerobics, pool parties on the beach, a fire show, evening shows in the amphitheater, Mr. and Mrs. Hotel contests, and karaoke. The entertainers are very pleasant and charismatic. Younger guests can also enjoy a club with entertainment staff. Staff Every single staff member was wonderful to us, from the cleaners to the cooks, they were simply super kind, always smiling, somehow magically remembering guests and understanding their preferences. The waiters were simply incredible, bringing everything quickly and working constantly. The restaurant was in perfect condition. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone. We loved everything, we'll definitely be back, and we left with tears in our eyes."

"Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!"

"At the resort, we just ate and slept. We spent our time at the Laguna Vista Hotel across the street, using the facilities for free. We had fun at the pool and aqua park."

"The hotel for the May holidays cost around 60 dollars a day on an all-inclusive basis, which we consider a bit expensive for this hotel, but others cost from 200-300, the rooms are like everything and everywhere in Egypt usually, dusty, hair everywhere, on the bed linen. The room is like in the photo. The food is 4, there was meat, once in 4 days there was a seafood cocktail, once cutlets, grill, sometimes wings. Of the fruits, apples, orange, melon and dates, once there was watermelon. The pool is quite clean. Sun loungers, towels as everywhere. There was food on the beach (French fries, pizza) Bottled beer, Tetra Pak wine. Suitable for unpretentious tourists, Wi-Fi only at the reception. The staff is friendly, they did not extort money, did not beg. They gave a room with a sea view without any extra charges, so the overall rating is 4 for (a 3-star hotel)"
