Hotels near Freedom Square, Tallinn

"A historic hotel, many presidents' choices, really is a boutique. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, clean, large bathtub, hot and cold water is very convenient to use, there are electric towel racks, disposable slippers. Occasionally birds can be seen through the skylights, and of course raindrops. Free water and tea bags coffee kettle are available on the small table in the room, and paid snacks and drinks are available in the small refrigerator. Breakfast is full, there are many choices, there are hot dishes, fruits, milk juices, etc.... There are sofa tables and chairs in the lobby to receive friends and customers, etc., and there are drinks and desserts to order. (Free water supply, very unexpected! 😁) The hotel is a 3-minute walk from a shopping mall and supermarket. Recommended and staying again! ! !"

"We visited in February and it was incredibly quiet but so relaxing. Everything was spotless and we couldn't fault the service or the staff. Breakfast was lovely too. Didn't try the sauna or on site restaurant but they looked very good."

"The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free."

"My time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good."

"The Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too. Will stay again."

"This is the perfect choice if you are arriving by ferry, it is literally 5 mins straight line walk from the Port. We stayed here two nights paying around HK$800 per night with breakfast. The breakfast spread is great, not a lot of varieties but suffice. Going to the old town would take around 5 - 8mins walk and going to Viru - more of the town centre is around 15 mins. We arrived before 3pm, but the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in for us, so we had a great rest after the over night VR train from Roveniemi and cross Baltic sea cruise from Helsinki. I would recommend this hotel to people who are visiting Tallin."

"Pros 1. The location is near to old town and bus stops 2. The staff are okay but not all looking friendly 3. Luckily there was a small fan provided in the room so won't be so warm 4. Two small cups and a small kettle were provided 5. Okay the pillows and bed were comfortable 6. Many plug sockets to use Cons 1. The double bedroom was really small and narrow 2. No hair dryer provided 3. Got to email to the hotel to get instructions how to get the room's key or ask questions thru the email , yes then you need to walk about 100m like that to the hotel you booked ya 4. No daily room cleaning"

"Big hotel rom and good location. Conveniently located beside a mall."

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Tallinn. A parking fee of € 30 was announced in advance at the hotel. Afterwards, € 35 was charged. Whirlpool is charged extra when using. Otherwise very nice hotel and beautiful breakfast. In my view, it is recommendable."

"Locates near the cruise terminal and 15 minutes walk to old town. The attitude of the staff is average. Design of the family room is strange. There is a wall separating two King bed. The kettle and coffee maker locate at the inner corner of the room which are not user friendly."
