Amazing
SSermsiri SI had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, proactive, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the shared areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and sleeping hub. I was initially worried about using shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were very clean, and other guests were considerate in keeping them tidy after use. If you do not bring slippers, they are also available from the vending machine, which is convenient. The sleeping hub was higher and more spacious than expected, warm and comfortable, with power outlets and USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to use the call booth for a virtual meeting. The wristband system for opening doors and making purchases inside the property was also very convenient. I also enjoyed using the shared sauna, especially after coming in from the cold. The location is excellent, close to a bus stop with easy access to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. There are supermarkets, international restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. Overall, I highly recommend CityHub Copenhagen for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-designed stay.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, but closer to the tram stop, which is more convenient for getting to attractions like Nyhavn. Breakfast for 59 DKK was a bit basic, just bread, yogurt, and coffee. Check-in is at 3 PM. Luggage storage is 25 DKK for 3 hours, and 40 DKK for 6 hours. Access to the kitchen, which has a fridge, kettle, microwave, and utensils, costs 25 DKK for your entire stay. When I checked in, the lock on my locker was broken, but the front desk staff quickly came up and fixed it after I reported it. I was very satisfied with their efficiency and problem-solving, but I hope the staff will check if the facilities are in working order after guests check out. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as a Netto supermarket if you want to buy groceries to cook.

GGuest UserGood: location is amazing to look around the city for the weekend, free luggage room, a nice kitchen we could use (stove, microwave, kettle), several bathrooms and wc on each floor, all clean. Not so good: really thin walls, no a\c (but there was a fan) We were given wrong room and they asked us to pay extra to upgrade to the room we actually booked. Trip.com helped us with the situation, thank you.

SSo.bldIt’s a nice place to stay ! I came during my overnight stop over from Reykjavik to London through Copenhagen and was looking for a place to rest ! The receptionist ( an Italian or Spanish gent ) was very nice and welcoming! The check in was smooth and well explained! I requested a lower bed and even if I booked last minute my wish was fulfilled:) I had a nice sleep ! :)

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, and the front desk staff were great. The room was very clean, and the security was also very strict. The location is good too, very close to the subway station, making it convenient to get to the city center by subway.

AapshanyyyVery very basic living space. Not much room for 2 huge luggages. Check in strictly at 3pm with no free luggage storage, which should be a basic for accommodation. Location is not bad with direct bus to/fro the airport. Room came with 1 pillow and we had to ask for another one which staff said could be found below the bed. Err, but without casing. 2 of us slept with 1 small square pillow for 2 nights. Room have no kettle, nothing.

GGuest UserThe building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming. But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee, sugar, creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups. Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually. No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid. Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options. The location is good. Not far away from the center. And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking. And there is a small gym inside.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

GGuest UserThe overall experience was really nice, someone came to our room to clean and we got new towels. The staircase is long and made me a little bit dizzy. The room was really big and clean, it was warm. There were snacks we could eat after buying and the tv didn’t work. The location is great, 8min walking to the central station. It was a little bit difficult to check-in, as you have to download an app, check-in and create a virtual key to your room to go inside the building
